This gorgeous country property features a main house that accommodates 10 adults comfortably and a studio-style guest house that sleeps four with a pull-down bed and sofa sleeper, for a total maximum occupancy of 14. The main house has five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, guest house is a studio with one full bathroom and is included in the rental. Begin your day in the gourmet kitchen with bar stools overlooking the cooking area and kitchen table that overlooks the paddocks and barn. The large eat-in area overlooks the front of the property, where you will be delighted with bird and deer watching. Adjacent formal dining room flows into the lovely large living room overlooking both the front and back yards. California-style outdoor living begins on the covered patio directly off the living room, with fire pit, dining table and several outdoor seating areas, all focused around the swimming pool. Behind the pool find bocce ball, volleyball and horseshoes near the small creek. Pool house area features an outdoor flat screen TV, large seating area, bar fridge, and bathroom easily accessible from pool area. Enjoy the brand new spa to greet you morning or night. Downstairs, you and your guests will enjoy three full bedrooms, one with a flat screen TV, and both one full bath and a powder room. Upstairs the master suite with walk in closet features a large copper bath tub and shower with three shower heads. The luxury in the master suite is completed with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. Also upstairs is a second full guest suite with bathroom. There is Direct TV throughout the home and detailing features air conditioning and heating with three separate thermostats, for individualized comfort throughout. Separate guest house provides a quiet place away from the main house to comfortably accommodate four additional guests with a queen-size pull-down bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Detailing includes kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and a bathroom with a large vanity and over-sized shower. You can relax on the beautiful leather sofa as you watch TV on a large flat screen TV with amazing surround sound or play a game of billiards. Double sliding glass doors step out on to a stone patio with its own fire pit and outside dining. This neighborhood contains a deer sanctuary, great areas for long walks, good roads for biking, and amazing views of nature. This lovely, secluded rural property can become your sanctuary as well.
