Reservation Questions

If I book online, when is my reservation confirmed? Your reservation is confirmed once we charge your credit card. Once this is processed, you will receive an email confirmation showing the charge to your card.

What sort of payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), as well as checks. Credit card payment is required for the initial deposit.

Do you collect a security deposit? On most of our homes, we replace the security deposit with a $45 non-refundable damage waiver fee. This fee covers up to $1000 in accidental, non-intentional damage to the home. We do collect a refundable security deposit on some our larger homes and those with either a swimming pool and/or hot tub. This charge is fully refundable at the end of your stay.

What is Travel Insurance? We offer a range of products to meet your travel needs. Plans may include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, coverage for theft of baggage and personal effects, accident coverage, emergency travel and health services and more. What other fees are there besides rent? Along with the damage waiver fee, we also collect a cleaning fee and tax.

What is your deposit policy? To confirm any reservation, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit. This fee is non-refundable, but is applied towards your final balance, which is due and non-refundable 30 days before your reservation date.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations 30 days, or more, before the arrival date will result in the loss of the $200 reservation deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the reservation date will result in the loss of the entire rental amount, unless the property can be re-booked.

Is there a minimum stay? Yes, we have a two (2) night minimum for the majority of our homes. There are a few which require a three (3) night stay.

What are the check-in and check out times? Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is no later than 11:00 a.m. If you need additional time in the home, it must be arranged with us prior to your arrival at the home.

Contract Process: After your initial payment is run, our online rental agreement will be sent to you via email for completion within three days. The rental agreement program will walk you through each needed step, with visual prompts for information or action, until you are able to confirm at the end of the document. The rental agreement will come back to us automatically, once you finalize it.

Payment Process: Depending on the timing of your booking, we will run your initial deposit, or payment in full, at the time of booking. If there is a balance due for your stay, we will send you a payment reminder about one week before your final payment is due. At that time, you will be given the opportunity to update your credit card information to another card, if you desire.
