This Craftsman-style charming upstairs two-bedroom suite is located in the heart of historic downtown Paso Robles on the California Central Coast AND overlooks the new Market Walk retail and restaurant center. The Market Walk is the newest addition to all that downtown Paso Robles has to offer-full restaurants In Bloom and Finca, brew pup, bakery, cidery, gelato and so much more! Unique local goods in an intriguing indoor/outdoor format. Saunter across the street for morning coffee at Joebella Coffee Roasters or afternoon drink at Hog Canyon Brewing. Enjoy!
Nestled among some of the oldest oak trees in Paso Robles, the suite lets you feel that you are in your own private world, right in downtown. Two bedrooms--one with king bed and one with queen bed, two separate bathrooms with the master suite featuring double shower heads in the en suite bathroom. BBQ with our large stainless steel gas grill or lounge around on the large outdoor patio to view the sunset with your friends and family after a great day in Paso Robles. Two blocks from the fairgrounds. City Permit #STR20-0010. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

The Marketview, located across the street from Market Place, was everything we needed and more for our 7-day stay in Paso Robles. Nearby restaurants provided fine and casual dining. Short walk to downtown. The space was clean and well-outfitted for our needs. Comfortable beds and spacious great room. Laundry room came in super handy! Perfect Location
This rental is in an absolutely perfect location to walk downtown. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The deck is off one of the bedrooms and that's a bit odd but other than that the layout was nice. The house next door had some shady characters up all hours of the night. A great location that was conveintly located. I placed several calls to the mgmt company and they were very helpful and pleasant.
The place was clean but needs to be updated.One of the couches was quite stained and should be replaced along with the ceiling fans the shook when spinning. Girls trip! The unit was perfect for 4, although do know that there is no door on bathroom in main bedroom. Across the street from a little market place with coffee, bakery, food, wine etc. Great little restaurant Finca Paso Robles also across the street. Easy walk to downtown area about 5 blocks. Couples getaway after the holidays.
Charming vacation rental across from Paso Walk.
Booking and check-in was easy. There is private off-street parking. The place was clean and well stocked with everything you could expect from a vacation rental, especially the towels ! Lots and lots of towels ! love that.
The location is relatively close to the restaurants and shops downtown, we travel with bicycles so it was a quick ride from the property. The Paso Walk across the street is convenient for a quick bite or beverage, and there's a grocery store within a few blocks walking distance.

Fun Family Getaway
This rental was perfectly located near everything we wanted to do. If it hadn't been raining we would have walked more places. Across the street is good food, drinks, coffee and a little shopping. Despite being on a main road, there wasn't much noise in the apartment. Everything was clean and updated. The outside cushions were hiding in the guest room closet, but we eventually found them. Our only complaints were there was no tea pods for the machine (only coffee) and there were no plastic cups, except plastic wine glasses. Two-month stay Market View
We had a very nice stay at Market View. The place was a great size and conveniently located for the two-month stay there. We got to watch the new Paso Market Walk in it's final days of construction which was fun. Beth at PR Vacation Rentals was super responsive and very helpful when we were having issues with the hot water heater. The owners were nice enough to lend us a set of keys to keep our bikes in the garage. There are some...interesting.... neighbors but otherwise the place was great! - Molly K., Paso Robles, CA

Big condo with central location
Great location, walkable to Paso Robles downtown in just 10 mins. It is also across the street from a coffee shop and gelato shop, which is great for some afternoon treats. It is also very close to the main road to get to all the wineries.
The only negative is that the back area of the apartment building, particularly the parking lot, feels a little sketchy. (dark, no lights, etc.) and when it is REALLY hot, it took the AC quite some time to cool the condo down, given it is on the 2nd floor, so I recommend running the AC while you are out (not energy efficient but it will save you from a sauna when you get back).

Great location but a couple negatives about the condo.
The place is a great location. The accessibility to downtown as well as the freeway was fantastic. The parking was easy and convenient. There were 2 big drawbacks to the condo in my opinion. One was you have to go through a bedroom to access the patio area. The other one is there is no door to the master bathroom from the main bedroom. This place was perfect! It is so clean, spacious, smells great, comfy bed and bedding! Location was perfect because we went across for breakfast. Downtown was about a 15 minute walk. A Great Place to Stay
Four of us rented this property. It was perfect for our vacation that consisted of visiting Paso Robles vineyards. We would go to the wineries during the day and come back and cook on the grill and enjoy the property. The place is well kept and has many amentities a lot of other places I looked at don't. We only ran into one problem....evidently there was quite a bit of wind the day before we got there and the deck was full of leaves and debris. Relaxing weekend getaway
Great location, well stocked kitchen, spacious apartment in an unexpected building! Property management company reached out beforehand and were helpful. Couple of items that did not suit us perfectly: beds were soft (great linens though), no black out curtains in the master bedroom and the master bathroom did not have a door or curtain. Central A/C and ceiling fans in every room worked well. Great coffee, baked goods and vegan cheese in the market across the street. Easy access to downtown (although it was too hot to walk, be great in cooler weather) as well as to our favorite wineries. Quiet area at night. Great stay for a weekend getaway. - Vicky S., ,
