Master bedroom has two queen beds and en-suite bathroom for maximum convenience. Lots of off-street parking in two driveways. Large kitchen features an illuminating skylight over all. Nice home located very close to downtown Paso Robles. Quiet neighborhood with morning deer dropping by to say hello. The three bedrooms and 2.5 baths were perfect for our group of 3 couples. Wine/Concert Weekend

COF was a great location for our group of four. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities for us to enjoy the time together. We spent the weekend winetasting and attended a concert at Vina Robles. The house is conveniently located about 2 1/2 miles away from the concert venue.
Both the owner and the property managers were quick to respond to my questions and or phone calls. I mistakenly left my chrome cast plugged into the TV and they are sending it back to me ASAP.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We woke up to deer sleeping in the backyard.

Biking peachy canyon

Our quaranteam of 4 stayed here- we were very comfortable. This was a beautiful, clean property and nice location. Incredibly easy access and rental instructions from host. Quick drive into town to grab food, kitchen well stocked to prepare meals. Great location for local road biking.(Only 4 starts because our personal preference is to be closer to the city center. Perfect Getaway for Celebrating Life with Friends

Paso Robles is a perfect getaway to enjoy life and friendship. A group of us decided to gather for a birthday celebration as we all live in different locations. As we are all wine lovers, what better place to get together than Paso Robles. The Circle of Friends house was the perfect choice as it offered everything we needed for a perfect experience. The house is spacious, comfortable, and offers a beautiful view from both inside and outside. We enjoyed the outdoor deck in the mornings as we drank our coffee and in the evenings as we ate dinner. It was quiet and very peaceful. We enjoyed a day of wine tasting using Uncorked Wine Tours who delivered phenomenal service. We enjoyed dinner at Il Cortile and La Cosecha, as well as the shops as you stroll through downtown Paso Robles. We all had a great time and look forward to doing it again. The management company was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Clean and Simple

It was clean and in a GREAT neighborhood. Houses were all on 1 acre lots (or so) and spread out. Very quiet. Had a great view out the back and gave you the feeling of a Country setting. The House was layed out good and had plenty of areas to sit and visit. A quick trip from the main highway. The property management sent all the info via email with no need to call or talk to anyone. everything was as pictured and better, cushions for deck and umbrella available,,,eating areas for extended family, only needed more silverware to all eat a big meal and then needed to wash for dessert had paper products in kitchen and bathrooms, play area for kids in large living ..family rooms adjoining. Beds were comfortable, only real negative was the steep driveway, but there were other parking areas. 5 Stars - Two Thumbs Up!!! COF House Rocks!

We loved the COF House. We stayed over the Thanksgiving Weekend. It was a perfect abode to snuggle in with the family on Thanksgiving and so close to many wineries for the remaining weekend. It was clean and cozy. On Friday we traveled a short distance to experience the tour at Hearst Castle. OH... we had a deer visit us in the back yard! That was quite magical! Great location, lots of room!

Stayed a week for daughter’s wedding, close to everything! Property was as described, clean, spacious, and the deck was a great place for bbq and visiting with family. A little strange that there were 2 beds in master bdrm, but private sofabed was very convenient. Perfect for 8 including kids

It was a family get-together with some from Santa Cruz and others fron Santa Barbara with Paso being the mid point of travel. Everything was clean and organized. Good cooking utensils and cook stove. The big grill outside was first class.

Private and convenient

The house has plenty of room comfortable beds and a nice view of the surrounding properties. A little less equipped than other rentals but very clean. It looks like fairly new rental, new paint and bedding. Agree with prior review that 2queens in master was different but could be good for some. Would recommend moving tv to the larger room with the nicer sofas as the room goes unused. We were able to walk to town about 1.5 miles and found a small market just around the corner. Comfortable and Convenient Stay

we really enjoyed the house for our stay. it worked well for our group of 3 couples. Plenty of area to hang out as a group and plenty of space to be by yourself if you wished. a few of us went on walks each morning and found the streets in the area with little traffic and lots to see. A great house for family reunion

The kitchen was so manageable for everyone to get around and do what they wanted to do. The deck was heaven in the evenings. The house was clean and well furnished. We were disappointed that we couldn't get certain television programming but that's pretty standard for what rentals provide. Very conveniently located. Overall a very good value.
