7th Street Sanctuary welcomes you into privacy and seclusion in downtown Paso Robles, yet is within easy walking distance of restaurants, our lovely downtown movie theater, wine tasting, boutique shopping and so much more! Take in all the fun on the Central Coast and then come home to your quiet refuge, tucked back in from the street, with full kitchen, private bedroom + sleeper sofa in the living room, and enclosed sun porch adding to the experience. For such a cozy unit there is more than enough room to spread out and relax, play games, stream movies, or cook up a storm! Bring home your treasures from your day of wine tasting and put your feet up, stay in for the evening, or seek out all our downtown square has to offer! City Permit #STR22-0048. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Another great time in Paso at the 7th Street Sanctuary
This was our second time staying at this property and once again the house and the location were ideal for our visit. The property is very clean, location is ideal for walking to downtown restaurants and wine tasting. Also convenient for accessing both East and West side wineries. We also visited Estrella Warbird Museum which was well worth our time and only about a 10 minute drive from the house. Making the reservation and pre-visit communication was excellent.

Sweet Little 7th Street Sanctuary
Great location. Near downtown, yet out of the way. Very clean. That comforter on the bed is so inviting & warm! There is a space heater in the closet that we moved to the bathroom. There are plenty of hooks in the bath and bedrooms.
Warning - If you are unsteady on your feet, you will be challenged on the steps entering the home. There are no handrails. There is no grab bar in the shower. A portable one won't work either. The shower head is unusually high. Water warms up very quickly. - Mary K., Santa Clara, California

Downtown find in Paso Robles
We’ve been to Paso Robles many times, but never stayed downtown. We decided to reserve this cute place so we could enjoy and walk to all the restaurants, shops and wine stores in the downtown area. The location was perfect and the place was spotless. Although it’s small it had all the necessities throughout the house and in the kitchen to make yourselves feel at home. I was impressed by the amenities (outside and private seating, linens, laundry, full kitchen, and carport). Easy to communicate via the app and fast/responsive team. Flexible check-in, clear instructions, and they were happy to accommodate our conure who was coming along. The a/c was a plus and I would have liked one in the bedroom too as it was very hot. We definitely had a 5 star stay at the 7th street Sanctuary! Great centrally located location for doing East and West side wine tasting. We took advantage of the well supplied kitchen to make at least one meal per day to cut down on restaurant bills. The bed was comfortable and, most importantly , the property was very clean. Great location in downtown Paso Robles!
We loved our stay at the 7th Street Sanctuary. The location was absolutely perfect - we walked everywhere! We weren't there long enough to use the grill and outdoor table but it looked very nice and so were the string lights. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice heater for when it's cold.
