Great Times - July 2018

We had three couples stay two nights and it was amazing. The rooms were big with comfortable king beds. The location was great with lost cost Uber rides. - Blake S., Palmdale, CA

Super Clean and Comfy Cottage - May 2018

Wonderful little house in a great location! Easy walk to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. (Springside Cafe just two blocks away has awesome breakfasts) Very, very clean and super comfortable beds! And great for your pups too...even had dog beds and bowls and a secure yard. The management staff was very easy to work with and helpful. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!
* The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on amenities is because kitchen supplies were fairly limited. - Anonymous, Elk Grove, CA

Met our basic needs and great location - April 2018

I would have given it 5 stars but didn't, due to the following reasons:
no hair dryer;
not enough toilet paper supply;
the mattress in the back room, not the master, needs to be replaced;
no hand soap in the bathrooms;
could use more dinnerware/cookware, i.e. mixing bowl, better cutting board, salad bowl, serving bowls/plates etc.
could use some hooks in the hallway bathroom; and
could use reading lights by the beds.
Otherwise, the place was clean and comfortable. Nice to have the king size bed and tv in every room. - Joan P., Saugus, CA

wine getaway - May 2018

New and very comfortable house that is centrally located in Paso. Only suggestion would be to have ice maker or trays in freezer. - Gary M., Northridge, CA

17th Street Cottage - March 2018

Two of us and two dogs stayed at this property in February 2018.
The house was immaculate and beautifully furnished. By far the nicest place we’ve stayed in for the price.
The neighborhood was not as close to the central shopping area and park as we expected. Walking there would have taken too much time so we drove each time we went to restaurants and shops.
Paso Robles is in a great location as far as its proximity to San Luis Obispo, the coast, etc. - Anonymous, San Diego, CA

List of amenities needs to be corrected - April 2018

The main reason I am writing this review is for the benefit of future potential renters. The beds were so comfortable, the bath towels were nice and the house was clean - for all those I would give 5 stars. However, we were quite surprised when we realized there is not a dishwasher (as listed under amenities), nor did we see a washer or dryer. We would have planned our stay differently had we known in advance there wasn't a dish washer. I am surprised no previous guest has noted this in their reviews.
Also we spent time at the table out back under the tree, but we had to give the chairs and table a good cleaning before we could sit there as they were covered in dirt and bird droppings and one chair out back was so bad we couldn't use it.
Don't get me wrong, it is a nice house, but it would be nice if the PM company would make sure the outside furniture is clean before guests check in and more importantly, please update the amenities on the website to accurately reflect only the actual amenities. - Anonymous, ,
