For a one-time fee of $800 and 25% commission on all bookings made by PRVR, the following is included:

• One year participation on PRVR’s website and shared marketing in media, internet, and expositions.
• Annual printing inclusion in Paso Robles Vacation Rentals brochure and its distribution among local businesses and wineries.
• Unique webpage and logo design for use of www.pasoroblesvacationrentals.com.
• Booking calendar and reservations through our server at PRVR.
• Monthly and Year-End Accounting statements
• Monthly Direct Deposit Services
• Reservation notification via email when guest reservation and payment is confirmed.
• Hospitality Housekeeping: Home is made ready for guests–clean with all trash removed, beds made, and towels available. Paper goods, laundry and cleaning materials, soaps and shampoos supplied.
• Formal check-in and check-out services.
• Keyless entry system for security purposes on door.
• Guest services during their stay will be supplied by PRVR. Any questions about the home, area or emergencies will be directed to PRVR staff.
• Regular household caretaking as necessary to maintain viability as a vacation rental.
• Paso Robles Vacation Rentals maintains liability insurance naming your specific home as additionally insured.
• Payment & reporting of City of Paso Robles or County transient Occupancy tax for your address.
