Another wonderful stay. The location off of Vineyard road is very convenient for visiting the best of the west side wineries nearby.

This is my second time staying there, and it will become a regular “go to” spot whenever in the area! Beautiful location, warm, and cozy house. I will be coming up for a wedding next year and my goddaughter already requested we stay there again. Much more reasonable than a hotel and way more comfortable. Conveniently located close to wineries and stores.

We thouroughly enjoyed our staty at the Willo Creek Cottage however there are a couple of things I would recommend. It would be very helpful to have brighter outside lighting along the entrance past the tasting room. It can be extremely dark and difficult keep your footing. Hangers in the closets would also be very helpful. The bathroom rugs could use more frequent washing.

Great Location, Quiet and Secluded

Great location, close to all the wineries we like. Away from the busy Paso traffic but close enough to still enjoy downtown. Only issue was getting in and out of the property was problematic. The actual cottage is about 1/4 mile from the entrance which is protected by a gate which is a good thing, However, the gate is manually operated. So every time entering or leaving the property, we had to get out of the car, manually open the big gate, drive in or out, then close the gate behind us and then proceed dto our destination.

Beautiful Peaceful Location

This is a great get-a-way location with a unique twist. It is located on a winery!!! The property was quiet and very scenic. We stayed while the tasting room was closed which was great for us. The cottage is the back side of the tasting room, this may or may not appeal to some. Overall we had a great time using this location as a base to explore the central coast, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Hearst Castle and north up the 1.

I found what I was looking for: serenity, peace, quiet, a weekend of solitude that centered me while being surrounded by excellent and delicious wineries, one being just next door. It was a great weekend and I am looking forward to doing it again soon.

Walk right up to tasting room!

Arrived for a Saturday night/ Sunday night stay after wine tasting in the area on Saturday. Easy to park, easy to get in, clean and well stocked. Kitchen had what was needed to make dinner both nights. Expected a bottle of Changala wine as it was pictured in the photos. All the other wineries I have stayed at have always left a bottle to enjoy. Sunday went out tasting can came back in time to taste at Changala. Kind of assumed there would be a complimentary tasting but when done we had the option to pay or buy two bottles get a tasting free. There were 4 of us. I was going to buy 2 bottles before I knew of the deal. Asked if the tastings were free since we were staying there, the employee went to ask the owner and she came back saying if we joined the wine club they would be free. I payed the $155 for 2 bottles and 3 tastings and went back to the house to have dinner.
Walked the long driveway and street in the mornings, everyone waves as you walk, nice small town feel.
Other than no discount on wine or tastings the stay was great.
