The classic great room floor plan lets you all spend time together, with plenty of room to spread out, whether cooking together in the oversize kitchen, or relaxing in front of the large flat-screen TV. Soaring cathedral ceilings complete the sense of openness and elegance. Take dinner and wine out onto the extensive front patio, or lounge around in the shade. Four bedrooms sleep 10 guests, three full bathrooms make the stay exceptionally comfortable. Try one of the jetted tubs! Views from every room with large windows letting in light and scenery. A clean and large home for three couples. Kitchen was perfect with big island and everything we needed. Had both drip and k-cup machines. Appreciated the complementary coffees. Wished the 3rd bathroom had a shower (just tub) but we worked it out. Beautiful views and birds sang for us, miss those beautiful sounds being from the city. Uvae Winery Rental
All 8 of us enjoyed our stay at Uvae. The home was spacious and the equipped with a full kitchen where we enjoyed sit down meals. The patio and sitting areas were relaxing and enjoyed a beautiful view of the valley. Bonding time for the Fabulous 4 ��������
Although we started with 10, the 4 of us had a wonderful weekend. The beautiful home is up on a hill with amazing views. Because I believe there’s always room for improvement, we did take note of a few things. The kitchen needs more lighting, notwithstanding the fact there were missing light bulbs in the recessed lighting above. The dishes were sufficient for the 4 of us, but wouldn’t have been if there was 10 of us. The ceiling fans need to be cleaned more thoroughly, as we had dust balls falling on the kitchen counter. Wonderful place for a family getaway
We had a great family getaway at Uvae vineyards.
First, the good:
1. Booking was easy and when I had to call for questions, the agents were very friendly and helpful.
2. Check-in Instructions are very clear.
3. The home is beautiful and had all the necessities for our short stay. Very spacious living area with privacy in the master quarters.
4. Beautiful grounds and we even got some visitors from the neighboring dogs, which was a pleasant surprise for the kids.
Now, a few things to be aware of:
1. The house was much farther from “town” than I expected. It was about. 30 minute drive out of you need to get groceries or such so plan accordingly.
2. We were freaked out by some of the insects, especially some scorpion-looking spiders found in one of the bedrooms. Being in the vineyard, we expected to see some insects, and there were plenty including wasps. To be fair, the bug guy did come up while we were staying, ready to spray but once he realized we were staying there, he said he would come back when it wasn’t occupied.
3. While it’s private for the most part, we did have gardeners, vineyard maintenance (I presume), and the bug guy come up during the two days of our stay. At first we were surprised that there were other cars driving up to the property, but once we realized it was the workers, it was fine. (This is mentioned in the flyer inside the home).
Overall we had a pleasant stay and would come back for future stays. - Lily H., Brea, CA

We had difficulty locating the house because we didn't arrive until after dark. The house is located too far away from downtown Paso Robles and the wineries. The house is beautiful and very accommodating. The queen beds were very small - I would say they are doubles. - Linda E., ,

The Perfect Place to Stay!
We had a great time staying at Uvae Vineyard. The views were breathtaking and it's an ideal location if you are going to wineries and breweries. The house was nice and well kept. I just wish some of the furniture was updated or well maintained. One of the high table chairs had a nail sticking out, and another high table chair was broken. Wonderful!
We arrived a bit early, called staff and she helped us get into this beautiful house with many outside features such as BBQ tables and chairs for numerous guests plus a rotunda (we watched the stars and milky way out there), inside was just as spectacular and more than adequate for our 3 couples and visitors after the vineyard wedding. House was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries for our stay...a truly fantastic experience and will do it again when we come back to paso Robles. - James M., Brookings, OR

We loved this beautiful home. It is very spacious and easily accommodated 10 people. The beautiful front yard was a great spot to sit and visit in the evenings. The location is very secluded, living in the country we loved it. It took about 15 minutes to get into Paso Robles. If I had to give one thing that could use improvement, it would be the plumbing fixtures on the house. Most are very old and don’t work very well. Beautiful Views and Wonderful Home
We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for 3 couples as the common area was very open and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the BBQ was used every night of our visit. This is a great property with beautiful 360 degree views; felt like we were in Ireland. Also, a perfect location to visit all the wineries and enjoy a scenic drive back. Sunsets from the patio were amazing! Management was great; we didn't need to contact them during our stay as the directions given were great and the home met all of our needs. A slice of wine heaven
We were very pleased at staying in this beautiful home. The views from outside were fabulous and there was even a vineyard on the property. Everything was clean and well organized. Well equipped kitchen with a huge main room that included the living room dining room and kitchen all in one. Golf / Wine Trip Launching Pad
Group of 8 guys used this as our launch pad for a weekend wine/golf trip. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking; although definitely time to do an inventory and stat replacing the cookware. The grill worked fine. The space gave us enough breathing room to spread out and relax. The AC worked great - which helped on the days where it was near 100. Gorgeous Hilltop Escape!
Beautiful property located on a secluded hilltop. Well appointed rooms and plenty of open space are perfect for a group gathering. We loved the driveway leading up to the property lined with cypress trees. Plenty of outdoor space to BBQ and let the kids run around. Only about 20-25 minutes from wineries. 5 stars all around. Great house for a big family
We rented the Uvae Vineyard house in mid-July for a nearby family event. We had 7 people, so everyone had plenty of room. The outdoor patio/dining area was a big hit for gathering in the evenings. We had a total of 12 people over for dinner one night. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a proper dining seat for all in the great room. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We had an amazing time we have one small problem when we first arrived call the rental company and they took care of it right away.
