Welcome to our homes! Twice is Nice is the latest, brand new addition, with access off the alley, parking for three vehicles, partial fencing for privacy. We are right in the heart of Paso Robles on the desirable “West Side”. New construction with all the modern & convenient amenities, including hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, in-floor heating in the two bathrooms. The open floor plan is illuminated by multiple clerestory windows creating an open, light and bright atmosphere throughout the home. Paso Robles has so much to offer and we’re just blocks away from a wide variety of restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, concerts & festivals in the park. The Park Cinema screens current films; there are monthly events at the Mid State Fair & the Paso Robles Events Center. Many fine wine tasting rooms surround Paso Robles and are a beautiful, leisurely, short drive away. Just half an hour away by car you’ll find Lake Nacimiento & Lake San Antonio, as well as the beautiful coastal towns of Morro Bay, Avila, Cayucos & Cambria ~ the gateway to Big Sur. Keyed entry. City Permit #STR19-0189. ***We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, cream, and sugar for the pod coffee maker and an Italian drip coffee maker. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. ***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival.***

This is a fabulous home with wonderful owners. Easy walking distance to downtown. We’ve stayed here twice now and it was perfect both times. Great open, inviting, living/kitchen space and the floor plan also offers good privacy to each bedroom/bathroom. Nice outdoor patio area as well. Owners are super friendly and attentive to any needed communication. Definitely recommend and hope to return!

Absolutely no complaints with this house. Great setup with 2 master suites. The owners have thought of everything to make sure you are comfortable here. Great outdoor area, great location to walk into town, plenty of parking, all the amenities.

Loved the fact that each room had a king bed and its own bathroom. Was great for 2 couples. Having private parking and a grill was fabulous. Looking forward to booking another stay soon!

We stay in several vacation rentals across the country each year. This house is at the top of our stays. <br/>The house is in a great location for walking into town for dinner. It has plenty of off street parking.<br/> The layout was well thought out. <br/>The kitchen is well equipped and the den and dining room were comfortable. <br/>The bedrooms were a nice size and the bathrooms were large. The walk in shower was especially nice. <br/>We will stay here on our next trip to Paso Robles.

Twice is Nice is a well laid out and perfect for 2 couples, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to the left and the open kitchen, living room and dining area taking up the rest of the house. The neighborhood was very quiet, but only 3-4 blocks from the square. Highly recommend this property!

This was our second stay at Twice is Nice. Great location for downtown Paso - very walkable - this is nice for morning coffee and breakfast, wine tasting, and dinner. Easy to find the house with host assistance. Host was available via phone. Adequate parking. Outdoor space was lovely - flowers were beautiful. Inside was light and open and comfortable. We enjoyed staying here so much and will return! Highly recommend!
