Through the front door you will find a spacious, naturally-lit living room adorned with plenty of seating for movie-watching and conversations, two-sided gas fireplace, and an amazing wine bar, repurposed and inspired by a 1920s former light-bulb testing machine.
The living room opens up to a family-friendly, Spanish style chef’s kitchen that features JA Henckles and Tramontina pots and pans, a gas stove, a custom dual-temperature wine cooler, and a vintage wine bottle opener.
The bottom floor has two bedrooms with queen Simmons Beautyrest Hospitality beds, custom closets, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Slide over the original barn door from a farm in Michigan to head upstairs and enter an incredibly large master bedroom, with unique architectural features, a King-sized Tuft-N-Needle bed and a wrap-around en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest house also includes a twin-sized authentic Japanese floor futon mattress with bedding provided on site.
