Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to downtown and many wine trails. The Oak on Vine has spacious master bedroom has a plush King bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom features two sets of twin bunkbeds. We have two twin beds (trundle bed) in one of our common spaces. Trundle bed is located off of the dining room. No en-suite bathroom, so all bathrooms are common use. Our fully stocked kitchen looks into our large and inviting living room. Enough seating for everyone you are entertaining. Once your meals are prepped/BBQ'ed, gather around our 10 person dining table for a great time with your family and friends! Kitchen has gas range & oven, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, grinder & French press. Our living room has a 55 inch flat screen TV w/ 120 channel cable service & a Roku. Stairs to the main home and studio are not wheelchair accessible. We have several fruit and nut trees around the property, so depending on the season (summer usually), feel free to pick and enjoy! Main home is equipped with pack n' play, high chair, electrical plug covers, baby/toddler plates and utensils and toys. Pack & Play sheets are in the closet off the dining room with the pack n play. Vineyards & olive farms 1.8mi away. Parking for up to 4 cars. This established vacation rental with a long history of positive guest reviews is now under new management.
