Nestled on a serene 1.6 acre tree-lined property, The Oak on Vine Deluxe is a spacious vacation rental located at the beginning of the west-side wine trail and only a few minutes away from downtown. This centrally-located space is perfect for families who want to be close to everything, including the many wine trails and the city's downtown area. The main house has a spacious master bedroom with a plush King bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom features two sets of twin bunkbeds. We have two twin beds (trundle bed) in one of our common spaces. Trundle bed is located off of the dining room. While there is no en-suite bathroom, all bathrooms are common use. The fully stocked kitchen looks into the large and inviting living room, which has enough seating for everyone you're entertaining. Once your meals are prepped and BBQ'ed, gather around the 10-person dining table for a great time with your family and friends! The kitchen has gas range & oven, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, grinder & French press. In the living room, there is a 55-inch flat screen TV with 120 channel cable service and a Roku to stream your favorite shows and movies. However, please take note that the stairs to the main home and studio are not wheelchair accessible. We also have several fruit and nut trees around the property, so depending on the season (summer usually), feel free to pick and enjoy! For families with babies and toddlers, the main home is equipped with a pack n' play, high chair, electrical plug covers, baby/toddler plates and utensils, and toys. The Oak on Vine Deluxe includes the studio space that has been entirely remodeled for your comfort & enjoyment. The unit includes a King bed, loveseat sofa, smart TV, 2-seat pub table, dresser, hanging space, and kitchenette with an under-counter fridge and microwave (no stove). With vineyards and olive farms only 1.8 miles away, you'll find plenty of things to explore in the area. Parking for up to 5 cars is also available. The Oak on Vine Deluxe is an established vacation rental with a long history of positive guest reviews, and is now under new management.
