The J's Nest Deluxe is the perfect property for family reunions and friends wine tasting get away! The main house has four bedroom plus Den/Game Room and three baths, this 3,000 square foot single-level home offers panoramic views overlooking the South end of Lake San Antonio. The great room (living room, dining and large kitchen) boasting forever views. With a huge rock gas fireplace and the dining room, and the kitchen showcases a large island offering additional eating at the counter. The kitchen is amazing and has all the kitchenware and tools for the chef. Also included is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. DirecTV is offered, and the home has access to internet WIFI. BBQ station for cooking and entertainment, and plenty of outdoor seating. The lounging furniture is perfect to relax and have a beverage while watching sunsets or viewing the lake. Once outside you can play some Cornhole, Ladder Toss, Ring Toss, Basketball and Darts. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit for a dip in the Hot Tub. You can also enjoy the theater/game room with flat screen TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and plenty of movies and games for everyone to enjoy. ~~~~~~~~~~The J's Nest Cottage is 100 feet from the main house. It is comfy, private and has a beautiful deck. Enjoy the views with your morning coffee or a glass of wine and the stars at night! Every detail of this cottage will make your stay enjoyable. A full kitchen with all the amenities to prepare a great meal to go with that BBQ on the deck. If you had a long day of hiking or playing on the lake, each room is comfortable and cozy and has its own TV. Gorgeous Property, Amazing View, Fantastic Stay
We had an amazing experience at the J's Nest. You have no neighbors so noise isn't an issue and the most stunning view to wake up to. They have games like corn-hole, ping pong, paddle ball, ring toss, jenga, etc along with lots of lounge areas. The main house is large with lots of open space and the cottage down the driveway is perfect for the additional couples. The house was clean with plenty of towels for both showers and hot tub. Everything was in working order and the management company was very responsive. My only callout is that Apple Maps takes you down the street about a mile so make sure to check your location ahead of time. The turnoff off the road is a small road that's difficult to notice at night that winds up a narrow, rugged driveway up to the house. Excellent Family Trip
We really enjoyed staying at J's nest. It was great for our thanksgiving family get together. The hosts were extremely responsive and answered all our questions. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. I especially loved the little half-half packets in the fridge. Made my day! They also had toys and entertainment for kids of all ages. We absolutely loved the J's Nest Deluxe
We booked the J's Nest for a family get together including 10 adults plus many kids. We are spread out all over the US so this was a great opportunity for us to get together after a long time. We had planned lots of excursions to nearby places, fireworks in paso robles, a pismo beach visit and vineries. However once we got there we loved the place so much we just stayed there for 3 days which helped us all catch up and for cousins to play together. There are many indoor and outdoor activities for the adults and kids and the nearby Oak Hill Market is well stocked making feeding everyone easy. We loved it. - Philip H., San Francisco, CA

Friends Reunion
This was the perfect place for our friends reunion of fifteen people. Every room is very nicely furnished and patio, overlooking a beautiful bucolic valley, was perfect for entertaining. The J's Nest was perfect for our group. Fit us perfectly. Was fully stocked. The only two negatives was that there appeared to be a surround sound/speaker system that there were no instructions for. If there is a house sound system, it would be nice to be able to plug into it. And there should be a set of separate towels to use for the hot tub vs having to use the bath towels and now you have no towels to use for when you shower unless you wash them. I don't go on vacation to do laundry. Oh and there was no regular spatula. Only the big metal kind for the grill. No plastic spatula for just making eggs or grilled cheeses. But other than those couple things, it was great. Super comfy beds in the primary bedrooms. Oh and get a bigger sign off the road and maybe add some lighting. Thanks so much for your compliments and feedback! We don't advertise the sound system as it is not available for use. We leave lots of extra towels for those using the spa, but appreciate the heads up and have placed pool towels for after spa usage. We appreciate the current signage and lighting, but do encourage guests to our rural properties to arrive before dark whenever possible, just to simplify!
