Whether you are looking to relax with some friends at local tasting rooms or looking for some fun live music and entertainment, this home is the perfect location. Less than 2 miles to Downtown City Park Square and easy access to wine trails in every direction from the home. We are just a short drive to the beach and hiking trails. Recently updated, this home offers modern stylish decor and comfortable furnishings throughout. Relax with a book in the reading nook on the stair landing or join your friends in the roomy kitchen/family room for gourmet cooking. Extra beds in the home for those who wish to spread out. City Permit #STR19-0205. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

This was our 7th time staying at the "Sunset Summit" rental property for our annual "Ladies Wine Trip". It's perfect for 6 ladies and is close to grocery shopping and wineries! It's a super comfortable home and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Since our stay a year ago, they've updated the home with new vinyl flooring downstairs and new furniture in the family room. Excellent improvements! We love Sunset Summit, and we'll be back again in 2025!

The house was great and very comfortable. Also very well equipped and cornhole in the backyard was a NICE touch!! It did smell a little smoky when we arrived and the plastic protector was torn and still on the front of the refrigerator when we arrived, but it was new and nice.

My family was very happy with the house and all of the extras. Loved the corn hole in the backyard and coffee supplies in the kitchen. The rooms were all nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed time around the large dinning room table. We would love to come again. The landscaping in the front yard is very nice too.

We were so happy with our stay and would definitely come back. Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. It was in a great location and loved that I could bring my pup and there was a yard for him to run around in. Our entire group was very comfortable in this home.

This rental was in the perfect spot for our family to stay while back home for our cousin's wedding. Every one had their own bathroom which is always awkward when traveling. The house was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

This was our group's second time staying at Sunset Summit. We love the central location in Paso Robles, and 3 bathrooms. Some updates have been done since the last time we were here, and we found the house to be clean, spacious, and we'll stocked with amenities. The management is super responsive and accommodating, and we would not hesitate to book this property again on our next trip.

Another wonderful stay at Sunset Summit for our Annual Ladies Wine Tasting Weekend! The house is well maintained, is always very clean, has the fluffiest big white bathtowels, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. <br/>Suggestions we've made over the years have always been heard and we found the changes made the next time we stayed. <br/>The house is close to grocery shopping down the hill on Niblick Rd, it's only minutes away from wineries, and having a 2 car garage during our stay is a nice bonus.<br/>Looking forward to our stay in 2024!!<br/>And KUDOS to Paso Robles Vacation Rentals for their great service!
