The estate is divided into four unique spaces, with main house as the focal point, a wonderful display of craftsmanship as the grounds wrap around living quarters, they define the feeling of a Mediterranean Villa. Each space offers quiet privacy, resort-style amenities ,a luxurious pool and exercise room. The home has 7 bedrooms with 6.5 bathrooms, providing the perfect spot to enjoy a secluded weekend. The pool area has plenty of seating and a wood burning fire pit; a wonderful space to rejuvenate. A lovely waterfall runs down a natural rock formation into the pool. The exercise room has a treadmill, a stationary bike, and free weights. In a second outdoor space, The Alfresco Lounge, you will enjoy a wood-burning fireplace as a centerpiece. Sip wine in plush seating as the chef in your group prepares a festive meal in the outdoor kitchen. Share dinner around the table for six and enjoy the central coast sunset. San Antonio Estate is minutes away from the world class wineries of Paso Robles, nearby ocean beaches, Hearst Castle, fine dining, ziplining, downtown San Luis Obispo, and many other attractions well within reach of convenient access to Highway 101. The Spanish Hacienda is the main house, which sleeps 8 guests. Throughout the house will enjoy storied artifacts from around the globe. The living area includes a gas fireplace to enjoy your favorite bottle of wine. The comfy couches are a great spot to relax, chat and plan your days. The adjacent living area, also with large comfy couches, has a large TV and is perfect to enjoy movie night. The gourmet kitchen is detailed with luxe appliances such as a Wolf six-burner stove and wine refrigerator. You can gather around the table for eight and enjoy your meals in the elegant dining room, which also features a gas fireplace. There is a half bath downstairs for an additional convenience. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom which has a comfortable king-size bed, a gas fireplace, and a private balcony. There is a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, plus a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and desk. The bedroom is adjacent to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and has a private balcony. Lastly, there is a fourth bedroom at the end of the hall with a queen bed. Also upstairs, is a private office with a large couch for private zoom meetings or work while your family plays! The Tuscan Villa sleeps 4 guests. There is a small kitchen with a counter and stools, perfect for coffee in the morning or wine and hors d’oeuvres in the evening! There is also a dining table with seating for 4. The living area has a gas fireplace that will keep you cozy. The full-size sleeper sofa is great for watching the large TV. Sleep soundly on a queen bed in the bedroom and sip morning coffee on the private Juliet balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Stairs are required for access to the Tuscan Villa. The large patio space outside the Villa overlooks the pool area and is ideal for lounging and reminiscing about the day of adventure! The Mexican Casita is a studio style space has a queen size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living space is comfortable with a plush love seat perfect for watching your favorite new releases on the large smart TV. The kitchenette with its spicy red appliances, is just enough for cooking up a light meal and offers seating for 4. Please note that Mexican Casita does not have central heating or air-conditioning; however, a space heater and fan provides climate control. The pool house has a bunk, with full bed and twin on top. It provides a bathroom with shower and kitchenette. *Permit#6007962. *Pool can heat for an additional fee. *We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival.

Wine Country Villa!
We had our family reunion here, and it was over the top of our expectations. We all had our rooms and bathrooms. The grounds are gorgeous. The furnishes are great. Large kitchen and huge dining room. Excellent Place for Family and Friends
We went with 5 other family and friends, mostly couples, and had a blast! We do this quite often, but this place was beautiful! lovely and fun retreat
We stayed here with a couple of families, including a bunch of kids. The separate spaces were fantastic, the pool was tons of fun. We also really loved the outdoor cooking area. A great time was had by all. The only downside was that there were a lot of mosquitoes. Amazing stay at the San Antonio Estate!
This is was our second time staying with Paso Robles Vacation Rental and it never disappoints!
The property was extremely spacey and perfect for our big 16 group + additional guests who visited during the day. I was actually initially worried about the estate being too big, but the layout of the main house, backyard, outdoor kitchen, and additional casita was cozy and still made us feel right at home. Not to mention just the beautiful Spanish/mediterranean architecture.
The property was very clean and well maintained, and there was plenty of useful amenities around the house (laundry room, kitchenware/appliances, really good central air system, and a ton of firewood already cut for use in the few fire pits on the property).
We mainly stayed at the house, but it is no more than 15-20 minutes away from any activities, restaurants or groceries.
As I mentioned above, we have stayed with PR Vacation rental before, and we keep coming back not just for these amazing stays, but the staff and customer service from the team has always been top notch. Always very responsive and accommodating, and if we ever had any issues or questions, there was always someone available to help.
Would highly recommend this stay for big groups of friends and families!

Beautiful Villa
My extended family and I stayed here for a week. The property is beautiful with lots of space to spread out and enjoy. Great pool, numerous fire its (although it was too hot to enjoy) and outdoor entertaining area and kitchen was well stocked. We arranged for 2 days of wine tasting in Paso Robles with a driver and had private chefs come in 2 nights and cook us some wonderful meals. The estate was perfect for our mini 3 day getaway. Went with 2 other families and could’ve invited an additional family. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. The hot tub; however, could’ve used a little more love. Think the chlorine or whatever chemical used to mainstay cleanliness was a bit much, as a couple of the kids were sensitive to it and developed a rash from it. Family wedding weekend
We had 12 adults and two children stay for 4 nights for a family wedding in the area. The Villa was an outstanding choice. We had room(s) to spare and all of the accommodations were great. The outdoor space is perfect for a gathering like this. We used the BBQ and outdoor fireplace each evening. Plenty of fun things to do in the area and it is perfect for wine tasting. Enjoyable Stay
This property is a perfect spot for large group gatherings. It is in close proximity to grocery stores, wineries, downtown Atascadero, Paso Robles and reasonably close to San Luis Obispo.
Although we had some maintenance issues, the company that manages the property, Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was extremely responsive and sent someone out immediately to resolve them. I cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness and customer service. The layout and the amenities such as the pool, the patio, the fire place and pit, and the hot tub make this ideal for people of all ages. Having multiple separate units for sleeping and the main house for cooking and gathering is perfect as it allows for both privacy and time together with the group.
This is a nice place if you want to spend the day onsite at the pool or go out wine tasting and come home for a nice happy hour and meal. - Ken S., Pasadena, CA
