This casual, comfy home is tucked up in a quiet cul-de-sac, but minutes from all the downtown fun! Ritz del Rio is spacious and perfect for your Paso Robles getaway with family or friends. As you enter to the left there is a living space with a couch, large flat screen TV and dining room table that folds out to seat 8. Moving forward through the house is the kitchen with its large counter that opens up to a family room. The place to gather and plan your days in Paso, whether you are wine tasting at one of the many wineries or sipping a brew at the Pour House or Barrel House. Through the family room you can enter the backyard patio. This patio is perfect for hanging out and BBQ'ing. Fans keep you you cool in the summer and heaters are there to warm you up at night while watching the game or your favorite movie on the outdoor 52' flat screen. On the opposite side of the house you will find the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. Two bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom can be used as an office and has a queen pull-out cabinet bed. All share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Whatever your plans are for your Paso Robles vacation, Ritz del Rio is the perfect place to call home while you are here! Permit #STR19-0242. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Lovely clean and homey place walking distance to center of the town with few great neighborhood trails. There was a deer in the back yard when we walk up the first morning! What a welcome!

We had a family wedding in San Miguel. The Ritz Del Rio was a wonderful home away from home. The house was clean and well maintained. The coffee station was adorable and very much appreciated. All the rooms were decorated beautifully and the layout of the house worked well for the 7 of us. The outdoor area was nice too! Location was great! Walking distance to the grocery store.

This home was perfect for our long weekend in Paso/SLO, where my family attended my daughter's Cal Poly graduation. Without steps, it was perfect for the grandparents who have mobility issues. The owner also allowed our small dog. The home was three minutes from great restaurants and had a grocery store within walking distance. It was a perfect weekend, and we will return. Thank you to the homeowners.

The house was very spacious and clean. Great location, only a 5 minute drive from downtown Paso, close to stores, and a 10 minute drive from many wineries. Great for families or a group of friends. The only thing that was annoying was having to do a load of towels at the end of our stay, given that it should be included in the pricey cleaning fee already charged.

The house was amazing! It had everything that you needed. Great location. Just minutes from the fairgrounds. Property management was wonderful, called the day of to ask to get in early & they made it happen. Definitely will be renting for the next sheep jackpot show.

Ritz Del Rio is a great home with wonderful amenities, comfortable beds and furniture and attention to detail. The master bedroom is huge and well appointed and the other three bedrooms are very nice too. Everything is on one level, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the grocery store and downtown. We took the path and walked to downtown Paso one afternoon but it’s also a quick drive or uber away. The photos are representative of the property and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again
