This modern home boasts beautiful furnishings and appliances. With its lofty ceilings and open floor plan, there is an incredible sense of space throughout. If you are looking for peace, love of nature and being able to see the stars at night, you will love this property. This home is a lovely retreat and is well-appointed for any celebration! *We do not offer to heat the pool. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. County Permit # 6008854
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. ***

The photos and description are accurate; the house is large enough to accommodate twelve guests. Large dining room table, plus another for games, puzzles. Large game room stocked as shown. Our stay was in July during very hot weather. Pool refreshing (no need for heat). Beds comfortable. Double-size living room for TV watching & games. Ample linens, including pool towels (and floats). Bathrooms had toiletries, hair dryer & tissue. Kitchen well-supplied, as was the pantry. The house has an Internet system in direct contact with management co. Auto-response is immediate. However, it takes time for staff to text back. Be advised that only one of our group had cell service (Verizon). Internet was steady, except when power out. Then no lights, ac, water or Internet available. [Outage no fault of Paso Robles Mgt.] There are a few upkeep issues at the house, but nothing that marred our stay. Many local attractions such as wineries, Cambria, Harmony & parks. I recommend Renata's Retreat to groups or families who want a quiet vacation stay in a rural area in a home with many amenities.

The house was amazing and the views were incredible. It rained the whole time I was there so didn’t get to enjoy the pool but apparently it’s not heated anyways so something to keep in mind during the winter months. Definitely got our use outta the jacuzzi. I would totally come back and stay again. Very close to a ton of vineyards too!

Renata's retreat was such an amazing rental, and perfect for our big group plus dogs. The place was so peaceful, with amazing views all around, the hot tub and pool were so fun, and the game room kept us busy for hours. I cannot say enough about the kitchen. The high end appliances and large 48" range/double ovens made cooking a total pleasure, and a large Thanksgiving meal was made without a hitch. The reclining sectional was also a great big hit for movie time. The beds were all comfortable, and the rooms all very nice. We would have liked to have snagged it for another year but it books up fast, as it should! We all hope to be back again. Paso Robles was a crowd favorite for sure. Also - Paso Robles vacation rentals was wonderful to rent from, and so responsive.

This was a birthday celebration weekend, and it couldn't of been better. So much to do for the whole family. Ping pong, basketball, darts and especially the pool were such a hit! Master bed was really soft and was a bit rough to sleep on. Dishwasher bottom shelf was broken but still functioned. We would recommend placing cages over the fire sprinklers in the garage to try to avoid a problem. Super easy check in/out. We would come back in a heartbeat!!!
