Giving 4 stars for a few reasons - first, a personal preference - the use of Fabuloso cleaner. I cannot stand the fragrance of this cleaning product. It is so overwhelming and strong enough to penetrate floors, furniture, etc., I find it toxic. So, in trying to rid this property of the not so fabulous Fabuloso, I wanted to open windows to air out the house. Not an option. Windows are all painted shut. The french doors out to the side deck were also inoperable. Thankfully, the maintenance group jumped on it - the french doors were made operable almost immediately and a fan was also provided to help air out the house. The other issue that should be noted on the website for this property (or I missed it) is that it doesn’t have cable TV. All TV programming is streamed. As for the house itself - very nice provisions - coffee, creamers, fluffy towels (and plenty of them), comfortable beds, nicely appointed rooms. It’s a lovely older bungalow in a quiet neighborhood.

The house is super cute and in a great location. Close to downtown and all the great restaurants and shops. Only downside is the musty/animal(?) smell in the house or maybe the furniture(?). There were two odor eaters behind the tv. Once the air conditioning really got going and air was circulating and filters working, it wasn’t as noticeable and we were able to stay and enjoy ourselves. If you have allergies, you may need to medicate like two of our group did. The home was clean and the outdoor space was a wonderful gathering space to share a glass of wine. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for a vacation.

This house is nicely furnished and well kept with everything we needed. Plenty of fenced in outdoor space for our dog. Neighborhood is quiet and the house is a 15 minute walk from downtown.

Great property and location for my family of 4 adults. The property is well-maintained and the description and photos are accurate. We enjoyed Sensorio, wine tasting, and dinner and shopping downtown. Lovely outdoor spaces and easy neighborhood for walking. Highly recommend.
