This 23 acre-based home reveals 15 acres of established vines that flow down from the beautiful hilltop home, creating spectacular rural views, as well as producing great grapes! Enjoy over 2400 square feet of well-appointed living space in this home with two master suites, plus two additional bedrooms sharing a convenient hall bathroom. The open living room features a great-room approach, comfortable for friends or family. The large, custom kitchen invites you to cook and entertain with your friends, taking advantage of high-end kitchen appliances and roomy granite counter tops. The hot tub is off the back patio, filled with comfortable furniture for dining and relaxing, under trellised shade structure. All has been planned and created with comfort and ease in mind. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.

Beautiful setting, great house!
We loved our long weekend here. Plenty of room for 3 families to be together or hang out in our own "zones." Hot tub was great, covered backyard eating area was key, even in the chilly weather. It was very clean, the kitchen was pretty well stocked, and there were plenty of towels. The property is big enough for some nice walks.

Great layout for families and even two families in one. Two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the property, fully stocked kitchen accessories & plenty of towels and toiletries for you. Lovely trip for our family... first time staying on a vineyard!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. Layout was nice -- 1 master suite on one side of the home, other has 3 bedrooms (one room with queen, one room with two bunks, and another master suite).

Great Family Retreat!
Our family visited the area to attend our son's college graduation and stayed at the house; it was very roomy. The common area, dining area and outdoor seating area was very spacious while one could retreat to the bedrooms as necessary for downtime. The

Wonderful stay with one major hiccup
We absolutely loved staying at this peaceful view property even when the vineyards are bare. Lots of room to explore outside, walking the roads and around the perimeter of the property. The best things about the property: working spa, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large kitchen stocked fairly well (could still be improved), and lots of doors leading outside. Very nice TV, although we didn't watch any!
The hiccup was that water stopped flowing the morning of Thanksgiving Day! We couldn't get any water at all, including toilets, showers, kitchen faucet (to do the dishes). We had the leave the property in a condition that we'd never leave -- dirty dishes etc. Couldn't even wash our hands. It was a very good thing that we were leaving the property that day, having had our Thanksgiving dinner the night before. Whew!
All beds only had a sheet with a thin bedspread on it. Given this was Winter and cold, there should have been a warm blanket on each bed when we arrived. We all had to yank the comforters from the bunk room. Fortunately, that worked.
We'd greatly appreciate some compensation for the stress we had over this. We also had a baby with us, so needless to say, this was a major inconvenience.

We stayed at Petrae Vineyard home to attend a concert at Vina Robles. This home is just as advertised. There were six of us (3 couples) and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was nice that we all had our own bathroom (hair dryer in each bathroom was very nice). The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of amenities; the kitchen is very well stocked. It is secluded so there was plenty of privacy. Although secluded, you are a short drive to Paso Robles. In Paso Robles we enjoyed a casual meal at Pappy McGreggors (an Irish pub). The following day we enjoyed some wine tasting at Calcareous, Law Estate and Austin Hope; which I would highly recommend. We cooked dinner at the house and enjoyed our wine. Family Wine Trip
Our group of 4 couples (4 sisters and the husbands) came up for our bi-yearly wine trip to pick up wine club shipments. We have been doing this for several years and we have rented several different houses in the Paso Area. Petrae Vineyard was great for our group. Although I think they should loose the bunkbeds in the one bedroom and replace it with a queen or king bed. Upon first renting the house and then arriving at the house, we were a little dismayed out how far out of town it was located. We have never stayed that far out before. However as it turned out, that was one the the things that we really liked about the place. It was quite and peaceful, the house was in great shape and very comfortable. We will definitely be back for our spring trip. One comment to the owner ... We noticed lots of firewood stockpiled onsite but no fit pit. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Patrae Vineyard home! It was extremely spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us. We stayed here for a family vacation with 8 adults and it was perfect. The views from the house were beautiful in any direction. The kitchen had plenty of room for multiple people to be preparing their food. We definitely took advantage of the reclining sofas with more than a few naps. Beautiful house and great views! Unlike many VRBO's the kitchen has the bare minimum in terms of dishes, pots & pans etc. So, if you're planning on doing any cooking or entertaining, you may find yourself scrambling. What is not made clear is that you have to travel a few miles on dirt roads to get to the property which is fine during the day, but can be tricky at night since there are no street lights or standard road signs. But Google was accurate with directions to the address.

We had a wonderful stay at the Petra’s Vineyard home. The house was perfect for the six of us with ample room and plenty of privacy.
