Perfect!

We had 4 couples that rented this house for the President's day weekend. We loved the layout of the house and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was also very conveniently located to downtown Paso. It's also on a bit of a ridge, so nice views out the front and back. The house was well stocked.

One small issue is the driveway is too narrow to fit cars side by side. We had a suburban and F150 truck in our group, and they wouldn't fit in the garage. So if you have 3 large vehicles, it could be an issue since street parking isn't allowed. - Michael D., San Jose, CA

Great place!

Our group of seven adults rented this home. Two of the adults could not use stairs easily, so the two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs along with all the common areas was a great layout for us. The home was clean, well equipped, and the furnishings were high end. Very, very comfortable, especially for group socializing with the open floor plan downstairs. Clean with good showers/baths, comfortable beds, a wonderful fireplace, and plenty of parking. Five minutes by car to downtown and in a lovely neighborhood. Love the interactive check in/info board. This is my second rental with this company and I can see their management touches, ensuring quality in their homes. As a bonus, I saved money over renting the same home via Airbnb. Highly recommend this home and this rental company!

Gorgeous House with the Comforts of Home

My grown family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent 3 night stay in this beautiful home. What we most appreciated was the large family room area with its comfortable seating and the efficient layout of the kitchen with its large island. We shared many meals at the long kitchen dining table, fitting all 8 of us, and one evening we played Corn Hole on the patio and fired up the barbecue to cook our steaks to perfection. Because we were in Paso in August, it was predictably hot, but thankfully the dual air conditioning units kept us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this stunning rental to others, but I would also include a note that 2 of the bathroom showers were less than desirable as the master bath only has a large overhead shower head, and the second shower downstairs is located within a "claw foot" tub, so one has to step up into the tub and then not lose one's balance while showering in the tiny space encircled with a shower curtain. - Sheree B., San Clemente, CA

Perfect home away from home

Our group of 5 were so happy with this home. It was so well appointed....loved the decor...had everything we needed. The owners must have read old reviews and responded as we found the kitchen well stocked. Such a great house to gather in. I would say sleep 8 max though. Games were fun. Bedding was great. We had a plumbing issue with one shower and Paso rentals addressed it almost immediately. Will definitely stay again. Only one suggestion...outside furniture was dirty and provide tissues. We booked the Paso Dream for our 3-day weekend. I had contact with Dana in the office and she made sure I had everything needed for the weekend.
We found the house to be awesome! It’s big & beautiful! It’s a gorgeous home, very clean, and beautifully decorated & furnished. The views from the front of the house & the spacious back deck are spectacular. We made good use of the well-equipped kitchen & had some of our meals at home.
One morning we walked into town for breakfast, less than 1.5 miles - an easy, cool, morning stroll.

Exactly as described and great for a big family!

We were headed to Paso to visit family and have use Paso Vacation Rentals several times. Due to COVID, our intention was to eat in for our meals. The kitchen is awesome and well-stocked. The house was clean and spacious - it is exactly as described. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood and having access to the garage. (If you are there to party, this may not be the house for you!). High end everything, comfortable beds, beautiful patio in back. Great Place to Stay in Paso

Adult Trip 2022

Hillside slope

The property itself was clean. Clean beds and linen is always a plus. All Bathrooms were also of proper size. Property is located on a hill -- one can see the entire of Paso (mostly). Management was easy to reach for any issues etc. - we did not have any :) The house appears new, clean and well maintained.

Now for the downside on the property - there is not much usable backyard at all. It sits on a slope which almost is on the dangerous side. There is a little flat area on one side, but the rest of it is pretty much of a big slope down the hill. The TV in the living space of the house is to one side, the furniture in the room seems to almost makes no sense to either side of the fireplace.

For what the house has to offer, we felt it was pricey. If the backyard was properly done with a few more things like games , foos table etc. on site, would have been better.

A Week in Wine Country

This is a beautiful home in a great location. The house was very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable for two couples. We spent a week in Paso touring wineries and relaxing in the evenings in front of the fire place. Unfortunately it rained the first two days of our stay and the patio furniture never quite dried out for us to use but looked like a lovely setting. We would definitely stay here again. Was considering coming back in the Fall but the rental price is significantly higher so will most likely stay at another location. I guess spring time is the best deal. Lovely Home!

This house is gorgeous and feels brand new. Decorated beautifully! The downstairs bedroom does not have window treatment though so a bit difficult to sleep in. And the backyard concrete has not been completed and is not safe to go outside. Asked to check in early and was told it would be additional money. Randy's Celebration of Life

Our experience with Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable...for the most part. That being said there are some issues that should be addressed but probably won't be. The designing was not form after function. In fact, it was just the opposite. There were many pretty design elements but most were not very practical at all. Here are my suggestions: 1. Additional seating in the living room. The sofa-bed couch is incredibly uncomfortable. Some chairs would be better. 2. Better lighting in the living room with the use of table lamps or floor lamps. Bring the light down to seating level. 3. Exhaust fan in downstairs bathroom. 4. Blinds that cover the WHOLE window for the kitchen and dining room windows!!!! The sun is blinding in the afternoon and makes the rooms almost unusable for a couple hours. 5. Smaller dining room chairs. They may look pretty but they take up too much room around the table and are not comfortable at all. 6. Higher quality linens, especially towels and more of them; more toilet paper and paper towels. 7. Last but not least, the landscaping is AWFUL. I lived in Paso for 12 years before moving to Kentucky so I know about Xeriscaping etc. BUT there is nothing but dirt around the house! Very uninviting. The concrete pads in the front of the house are a trip hazard and difficult to move luggage over because there is nothing between the the pads. The driveway is AWFUL! It needs to be straightened out. The house was beautifully done with a large master bedroom, bathroom and closet on the first floor. The great room, kitchen and laundry room on the first floor were also generous in size and nicely done. The other three bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit small. The house location was perfect, a short drive into the downtown Paso Robles area. The rental description did not disclose the two houses directly next store that were being built; construction. Beautiful House

Worth every penny!

This place is beautiful! Plenty of space for the entire group both inside and outside to enjoy meals, games or just to talk and relax. Everything is brand new and all closets and drawers are empty if you like to unpack. Love the décor throughout, especially the large master bathroom.
