Olive Alley is an upstairs property with one-car garage and alley access to the home. Conveniently located right in downtown Paso Robles with almost immediate access to the Peachy Canyon wine trail and a short, short drive to the park in the heart of downtown. Take advantage of downtown wine-tasting and creative dining, as well as walking and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. This two-bedroom, one-bath condo has upstairs and downstairs outdoor dining spaces, washer/dryer and full-size kitchen. So much more than you'd expect and all brand new! City Permit #STR19-0208. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

The electronic concierge was a bonus, even for a long time traveler to Paso. Hidden Gem in Paso
Wonderfully appointed ADU. The unit is immaculately maintained, has a great AC on those hot days, and is a 5 minute walk from downtown. It’s located just 3 minutes off the 101. Kitchen and bathroom are stocked with the essentials. It’s a VERY comfortable place to spend your time when you’re not out wine tasting or enjoying the countless other offerings the area has for you. Having direct access to the garage is quite underrated! What a bonus! This place is definitely on our “Keeper list”! We really liked this property and would definitely return. It was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood and the kitchen was well equipped. A plus was the garage just for ease of entry. We enjoyed walking to town and around the area in general. Wi-Fi was good. Beds comfortable. Perfect stay for a dog stay
2 BR unit on top of garage with an enclosed Patio. Very clean and easy to use with plenty of towels and Kitchen utensils. Very comfortable unit and easy to open the door to an enclosed Patio for a pet. Sandy was awesome from Paso Robles Vacation Rental when we could not turn on the Cable TV. Olive Alley: A nice place near downtown Paso Robles
WE were 2 couples. 2 bedroom 1 bath. A little hard to find the unit since it is in an alley, but not too hard. Master bed mattress leaned to the right. Bathroom toilet handle was broken, but maintenance came to fix it right away. Customer service was excellent- I called a few times with questions about parking, toilet, garage, location. 4 blocks from downtown main area. Overall a very nice place. - Michael M., San Jose, CA

Cute Home - great stay!
This is a great little home. It was spacious enough for our 2 adults and 3 kids. However, there were some things that were not prepared for us as this is a brand new rental property. Towels in the cabinets still had tags which leads me to believe that they weren't washed yet. We had to use the sofa bed but the bed was still in the plastic bag when folded out and the house didn't provide linens or extra blankets for the sofa bed. We called the property management and they were responsive in delivering linens for it, but not blankets. Luckily, it was warm enough that blankets weren't an issue. We ended up using the DVD player that was unopened, still in the box and we had to connect to the TV. However, I don't think the TV was setup to see both HDMI ports. We got it working by swapping out the cable for the dvd player and then swapping it back afterwards. Drinking glasses in the cabinet were brand new, with stickers still on the glasses. There were brand new games in the cabinet for my kids to play with, so we broke the seals on those. This house was very nice and clean but would have been nice if some of these items were ready for us. One suggestion to the property manager is to place a shower curtain or door on the shower. There was no way to keep water from splashing out, soaking the bath rug constantly. We ended up placing a towel down instead to soak up some of the water. We forgot and left our ice packs in the freezer. I guess it was a donation to the house since it was not mentioned that it was found. This house was hard to find initially as it is not exactly on Olive. It is an alley behind Olive street. It's nice that it's tucked away from the main street but we still had to drive to downtown to get to the park and restaurants. Overall, good stay for us! We stayed for two weeks at Olive Alley to enjoy spring cycling in the Paso area. The apartment fit our needs quite well. A nice kitchen for cooking, walk-in shower, comfy sofas for lounging in the evenings. There were a couple minor things that needed fixing when we first arrived, and these were taken care of immediately. Perfect location right at the base of Peachy Canyon and easy walking distance to town. East facing so beautiful sunrises, and probably a nice feature for times when it is hot. Our family of 4 had a great visit to Paso Robles staying at Olive Alley. The property is clean and well equipped. Nice high ceiling. Only wish that better directions were given as to where entrance is (in the back alley) which GPS directed to the front and had to go through neighbor to get in. We have come to Paso the last couple years (minus last year) to ride our bikes in great weather and a nice variety of roads. We had a wonderful time.
Our accommodations were at Olive Alley which is at the base of Peachy Canyon and a short walk to
