My friend and I had a wonderful time in this unit! It is all by itself with a secret entrance. The unit has two master suites with bathrooms attached. Great place but no functional t.v. or internet
The place is well laid out, the outdoor space is amazing and you could not ask for a better location. However, the t.v. is old and does not work properly (the aspect and framing are broken and it is permanently zoomed way in on the image making it tough to watch) and the internet was really awful, maybe the worst internet I have experienced in years renting properties, it was almost not functional. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will undoubtedly stay again. The location is excellent and directly above our favorite restaurant. I stayed in the room facing the street and did not notice any noise from the restaurant below or surrounding area. Super clean, spacious, well-appointed condo with every amenity including detergent for us to do our laundry. The rooftop deck was great for morning coffee and evening happy hour. The location is great to walk a few blocks to everything; the park, restaurants, shops, and downtown wineries. We really enjoyed Spearhead coffee and the Italian restaurant downstairs for amazing food and service. Hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Love the location. Parking usually isn't an issue. Was always able to find something close by, if not directly in front of the door. Staff was very helpful, making contact just before rental started. Well equipped condo. Wi-Fi was extremely slow though, almost unusable. Beds could use new mattresses. The dryer has a finicky door latch, so you have to fiddle with it sometimes to get it to start. Those are really the only issues not making it a 100% perfect stay. There is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker, and an ice maker. Also, there is a wine bottle opener and wine glasses. The Loft was perfect for our stay. It is tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed. With the 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the loft, there was plenty of privacy. We really enjoyed the patio areas. We loved the rooftop patio. We spent morning with coffee and then enjoyed drinks and dinner up there as well. Perfect unit for 2 couples in a perfect location
My husband and I plus a friend loved this unit - spacious, clean, comfortable, perfectly-located. The exhaust fan noise didn't bother us as we arrived home each night about the time Il Cortile closed. The only bummer is that the panoramic view on the rooftop is now blocked by a brand new building (apparently soon to be an upscale hotel?) right up next to the unit, which is the sunset side. We loved the location of this unit. A half a block from the square, you don't have to drive anywhere after going out for dinner. The inside was well done and very pleasant. However, the fan from Il Cortile (a great restaurant) was not only loud but also created a low level shake in the unit (especially in the kitchen where the dishes would rattle). While it does shut off at night, if you are sensitive to this type of thing, you may want to try another location (the couple we were traveling with didn't mind it at all). There were 6 of us ladies that stayed in this rental. The location was perfect. The condo is very clean and cozy. The upstairs patio was a great place to have a glass of wine. The only down fall would be the stairs to access the front door, it was difficult to get all our luggage and groceries inside. There was also some construction going on next to this unit which made the mornings a little noisy. My other observation is the description says sleeps 6 comfortably, 4 slept comfortably and 2 on a sofa pull out. Also the seating in the living area was limited, at least one more chair or love seat would have made it more comfortable. But otherwise and all in all, we loved it. Loved our stay here in beautiful downtown Paso!
We really enjoyed our 8 night stay at this property! It was clean, well appointed, and extremely convenient to all the downtown attractions. I enjoyed walking around the park every morning. The roof deck is fantastic, albeit a bit too chilly to use very often during the winter. I liked the pillows, as they were much softer than your typical hard motel pillows. Mattresses were firm. Plenty of towels available, nice shampoo/conditioner products were provided. Washer/dryer were convenient to help reduce amount of clothes I needed to pack. The Reverse Osmosis water dispenser was very handy and a nice amenity to have. The front bedroom is sometimes susceptible to hearing street activity, but not really a problem. I'm really surprised that prior guests complained so much about the restaurant's exhaust fan noise. It was very minimal white noise, and I don't think I would have noticed it if I wasn't listening for it due to reading prior reviews. Some people can never be pleased I guess. Coffee maker was convenient. We bought filters ahead of time just in case, but there were already some there. If you're reading this within a few months of December 2019, don't buy coffee filters during your grocery shopping prior to arrival. There will be plenty! The parking situation wasn't bad. One of the three spots directly in front of the door was available 80% of the time, especially the spot with the yellow curb. For some reason, the parking spot directly in front of the door has a yellow curb, which doesn't make sense, except for that maybe it's yellow to dissuade the sheep from parking there to help save it for this apartment. It seems to work. Make sure you check out California Coast Beer Company, the 1122 Speakeasy, lunch at Red Scooter, Barrelhouse Brewery & Beer Garden, Joe's Place and Touch of Paso for Breakfast! - Roger S., Port Saint Lucie, FLORIDA

PERFECT location in Downtown Paso Robles!
This is a great property for two couples. Each room has an attached bathroom! Priceless! The location in downtown was amazing for walking to amazing coffee places, breakfast, tasting rooms, restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again for sure! We thoroughly enjoy staying in this condo when we travel to Paso Robles for a long weekend. This was our third visit, and it's the perfect location for both hopping around downtown Paso and getting out for wine tasting, dinner, etc. Moonspinnerz is both comfortable and well appointed, so our stay always feels effortless. Girls Wine Weekend
This rental was perfect for our weekend wine getaway! The location is just steps away to the square and all of the restaurants so we could come back from wine tasting and then walk to dinner. Moonspinnerz is clean, well equipped and the rooftop was our favorite place to have coffee and breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. With it being a 2 bedroom 2 bath, it was perfect for 4 woman and would also be great for 2 couples. I usually stay at winery's so this time we decided to stay in town and I am glad we did. I will definitely stay here again. Also, the customer service you get with PRVR is great! The manager called a day prior to our arrival to advise that we could access the property early (2pm vs 3pm) which was very thoughtful of them.
We found the property as described, in very good condition and impeccably clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedding, towels and furnishings were in good condition.
The property is situated above a very popular restaurant but, almost surprisingly, no odors were apparent at anytime during our three night stay. The restaurant ventilation system does make a humming noise that one doesn't really notice until it goes off. Otherwise it acts as white noise.
For two parties sharing expenses this is not only an exceptional place to stay, it is a tremendous value.

The logistics of checking in are perfect, get the mobile app to have reference to your key code and Wifi access. Perfect home base for wine tasting, then walking to one of the outstanding eateries in down town Paso. Everything you could want is in the condo, washer, dryer, stocked kitchen (you bring the food, but someone left a nearly full bag of coffee!!). With 2 bedrooms and baths can easily hold 2 couples, but was great for just the two of us (his and hers bathrooms). The views from the roof top of the hills of Paso are beautiful day or night (this is a MUST stay place for the 4th of July fireworks display on the town square!!!). We will be back. The 5 stars for location do not do it justice.... 2 blocks to over 2 dozen magnificent eateries and nightlife so no need to hire a cab, limo, or tempt the fate of a DUI on the way home. - Mark C., San Jose, CA

We had a wonderful long weekend in Paso Robles! It started with this great condo which was excellently decorated and well stocked with all we needed. The location is very convenient. We were within a block of the downtown with many dining options and shopping. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio to enjoy the wonderful evenings. The staff was very helpful and offered us lots of information about the area and took excellent care of us at the condo. We would come back in a heartbeat! And plan to visit again as soon as we can. Moonspinners is a 2 bedroom 2 bath rental above a good Italian restaurant. The rental is large and well maintained. It does have many stairs that can make it difficult to carry luggage and cases of wines. Also thought it was on the expensive side and all money had to be paid up front which may be a California thing. We had a wonderful time in Paso Robles at the Moon Spinners. The staff at Paso Robles Vacation Rentals are accommodating and the app was quite resourceful. The location was the selling point...walking distance to the park, restaurants, shops, etc. The house accommodated two couples well and was moderately clean. I read in reviews that the noise at night from the restaurant was loud, I would agree. If you are a light sleeper then it should be something to consider. We would have used the rooftop deck, but there was no shade and there was not appropriate furniture. The reason for not providing this rental 5 stars across the board, would be due to the bedding and towels. The mattresses provided minimal support and comfort and the towels could be replaced (or perhaps adding softener to the washing machine). Great location, wonderful floor plan for two couples, and just a block walk to the park and fabulous dining. Parking was easy. But the hip urban experience also has drawbacks. It sounds like you're in Il Cortile at night with all the dining guests it's so loud in the front bedroom. And noise from the kitchen vent is constant in the back bedroom as well. We enjoyed the property! This is our second year to stay. We love the rooftop access and this year the new patio furniture was a plus! We enjoy spending the evenings on the rooftop as the views are great! It was a full moon when we were there which was stunning! The location is perfect walking distance to the town square. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked. I like the ap for check in which makes the process seamless. There is wifi access it is a little slow but your on vacation! Great Gem in Downtown Paso
Just back from a family-getaway Fri-Sat night stay in Paso. There were 5 of us and the layout is such you could all hide from each other if you wanted to. Location is perfect.....about 200 feet from the main square downtown. Only two issues prevented me from rating 5 star across the board. The towels in the unit could function as a micro abrasion tool. Bring your own until they replace. Also, the outside patio both, lower and roof, were pretty dirty. Everything about this rental was easy and seamless. The rental process was a breeze, we were provided with lots of information about the area and the rental, check in and out were simple, and directions for finding and entering the property were straightforward, The property itself is perfectly situated to enjoy a trip to explore Paso Robles. We went wine and olive oil tasting in the countryside, and visited the coast and Hearst Ranch during the day, then returned to our homey rental to relax and have dinner. The roof terrace was lovely for watching the sunset, and there were more great restaurants than we had time to try within walking distance. Had we wanted to cook, the kitchen was spacious and equipped to do so. The place itself is spotless, with lots of closet and storage space to be comfortable while visiting. MoonSpinners is a perfect place for two couples. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. We really enjoyed the privacy yet still able to come together when we wanted. The rooftop patio was a plus and had a fantastic view. We also loved that we were so close to be able to walk downtown for everything. Cons: The vent system from the restaurant under the condo is *extremely* noisy. The vibration from the motor causes the whole condo to vibrate a little. This is evident by the dishes constantly rattling in the kitchen cabinets and the picture frames vibrating against the walls. Upside, the vent is shut off sometime after closing ~midnight or so.
The restaurant noise from the patrons can also be quite loud in the from room which is directly over the outside seating area - John F., San Francisco, CA

This was a wonderful rental for two couples. The two bedrooms were far from each other and had their own bathrooms. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped. There was a roof patio and one on the main floor. It was too bad the weather was not great- so we couldn't take advantage. The location is also excellent - walking distance from everything in town, and if you don't want to walk to a restaurant, there's a fabulous one right downstairs! I won't echo the other reviews. Everything in them is true. The location is fantastic, the rooftop patio is great in the afternoon, the layout of the property is perfect for two couples.
What I will comment on is, that as of March 2017:
The towels are as bad as everyone has said. Plan to bring your own.
There is not one frying pan at property. We were forced to use a soup pot to make bacon at breakfast.
The front bedroom's bathroom is missing a substantial pull down shade that would offer complete privacy. Because it is missing, people standing in the kitchen can see directly into the bathroom, affording little privacy.
All this said, it really is a great property. With a few small touches, this would be a phenomenal place to stay.

Great Stay in Paso!
This 2 bedroom apartment is in an excellent location! It is right in town, walking to the park and to the restaurants. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom making it perfect for 2 couples. It is tastefully & comfortably furnished & decorated. I couldn't speak to how well stocked the kitchen was because we never cooked, but there were plenty of wine glasses! The rooftop patio was very pleasant to go sit up there with some wine. It would probably be too hot in the summer. The apartment is upstairs (no elevator that I'm aware of so not handicapped friendly) above the Il Cortile Italian restaurant. We ate there 1 night and it was very good with good service. As stated in a previous review, the master bath has a door with glass & was a privacy issue (looks out to the walled in patio & across to the dining room)but the management made sure it was taken care of prior to our arrival with new blinds. Also mentioned in previous reviews were the horrible towels. They are like Sand Paper. The towels in the smaller queen room smelled like mildew. They probably sat in the wash too long before getting dried. The 2 air conditioning units (a big one for the restaurant)are right outside that bedroom and were very loud making it so they couldn't open their window for some fresh air, and their room got a bit stuffy at night. The bathroom rug by the sink in the Master bath was dirty and obviously doesn't get washed after each guest, and the sink was draining very very slowly. These are all very easily fixed items (except the air units outside the bedroom), and if taken care of would give them the full 5 stars in cleanliness. The rest of the unit was very clean so these minor issues don't affect my opinion on what a nice place this is to stay. - Randy R., Glendale, California

A nice place, but could use some minor improvements
First things first, fantastic location and generally in great shape. I'd say the price to value is pretty much on point. While the info I'll put below is going to have some items that could be improved, nothing is in the way of us returning.
I read a lot of reviews with some recurring comments - here's my thoughts/comments on those:
- Exhaust Fan - by far the worst part of the experience. The fan literally shakes the kitchen cabinets and contents. It does shut off pretty late. The restaurant is closed on Tuesday, so you get some reprieve, which only serves to remind you how bad it is. The front bedroom is generally not affected by it as bad as the back. In addition, it appears there's going to be some pretty heavy construction to the right of the unit, which could only expand the noise.
- Towels - they're rough, but they're not significantly horrid like I expected. Some better linens in general could really help the place out.
Pillows - they could stand to be replaced. The back room pillows had a weird odor.
Stairs - the entry is straight up some stairs. They could stand to be vacuumed and it can be just a little dark. Certainly nothing to stop you from staying. - Michael M., GIBSONIA, PA
