Transport your family and friends to this single-level ranch-style home and hang out on the shaded back patio, pick tomatoes from the garden, BBQ and enjoy the local wines. In a semi-rural setting with lots of privacy, but just minutes from Atascadero and Paso Robles, easy access to the Morro Bay drive and coastal access. Four bedrooms + sleeper sofa in the open living rooming allow for 8-10 guests. 2.5 bathrooms and full laundry room. Gather around with your wine finds of the day, grill your favorite dinner and relax in this comfy setting. Brand new to us as a short-term rental, so we look forward to your stay and your positive reviews! ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'.
