Graceful Oaks is a beautiful farmhouse located just 10 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles and equidistant to the town of Templeton. This elegant country property provides the best of both worlds-a perfect getaway from the noise of the city but still close to local restaurants and shopping. Surrounded by oak trees and open space, with newly planted lavender fields, Graceful Oaks is a peaceful retreat to enjoy during the day and a wonderful spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets and stargazing at night. The home is newly remodeled with modern furnishings, beautiful views from every room, thoughtful touches throughout and large enough for 14 guests comfortably with multiple living areas. The large, well-appointed kitchen is adjacent to the family room and great for gathering. The downstairs living area has a TV room, reading room with trundle bed, king bedroom and a full kitchen. The kitchen is conveniently located near the BBQ area just outside. Explore the expansive property and wander down a meandering hiking trail through an oak covered forest. Enjoy wine and cheese at a picnic table located next to a dry creek with a shaded hammock for a nap nearby. Other outdoor eating spots, including a large pavilion with room for dining and relaxation, provide different venues for dining while visiting. Beautiful New Pool! Heated April - October!!
Guests can enjoy a competitive game of Bocce Ball or Corn Hole with extensive party lights to keep it going after dark! In addition, other lawn games are available for added fun. Family getaway
In a word; Fabulous! This home & property grounds are awesome. It served our family well, adults & small children w/ plenty of bedrooms & rooms to hang out. The downstairs living quarters were perfect for papa to retreat & get some quiet time & watch NCAA games & golf. It rained daily but there was still plenty to do. Want To go back when it’s warmer to use the pool & outdoor seating areas. Bocci ball & swings were a hit. Deer visited us too! We also walked the trail behind the house! Perfect Getaway
We had a group of twelve people from Wisconsin in Paso for the October Harvest Festival. Graceful Oaks was a wonderful place for us to gather each day--spend time together for breakfast, head out for wine tastings, then meet again each evening for more relaxation and fun. Great details at this location. Very quiet, yet close to downtown Paso and many wineries. We would absolutely stay here again for our next trip to Paso - Steve S., New Berlin, WI

AMAZING place!
Perfect place for a place to stay for my daughter's wedding. Plenty of space for family to spread out, enjoyed backyard tremendously with pool, spa, bocce and cornhole. We had a bbq one night with the night lights on, very clean, comfortable beds, we can't rave enough. Thank you for letting us enjoy "Graceful Oaks". Absolutely Fabulous
This is the second time we've stayed at Graceful Oaks with a group of 10 and it just keeps getting better and better! The grounds are absolutely stunning. We had dinners inside at the great square table and outside under the lights of the arbor with a heat lamp as it got chilly. The hot tub is a wonderful way to end the day. Saw deer every morning. We were a group of 12 adults and this house was incredible! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Towels were so fluffy. The shared living spaces were large and plentiful. Outdoor seating, games, hot tub, fire pit, and seating areas were fabulous. Our chef prepared gourmet meals every night and the kitchen was impeccably stocked. Friends and family gathered at Graceful Oaks to celebrate a 60th birthday. Setting and the home where perfect for our large group. Kitchen was spacious and fully equipped for all and any type of food preparation. Set up with baths and bedrooms was excellent for guest privacy. The grounds were also set up perfectly for games, grilling and comfy seating to enjoy viewing the surrounding hillsides. I can't say enough for the spectacular views both day and night from this site. You could sit under the covered porch or elevated deck during the day and round the heated fire pit at night under clear star-studded skies. We had the very best time at this beautiful property. We had a little hiccup when we arrived. The gas was off so one guest had a cold shower and when we went to cook the stove wasn’t working, but it was quickly fixed once we called. Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time at graceful Oaks. I traveled there with my extended family of 10 people. The house was extremely clean. We loved that there were a lot of activities to do on the grounds, including a zip line and small trails to walk around. The hot tub was also really nice, although it took a long time to heat up. We had some small issues while there, including a clogged sink and a clogged shower, but the management company responded within hours to each request and sent their team to fix everything. Amazing spacious house with fantastic views
We were a group of 5 friends staying in the house for our annual girlfriends getaway. The fantastic well-stocked kitchen allowed up to prepare meals together. Great stay for 4th of July Friend Reunion
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is very large with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. It’s also well cleaned. There are plenty of amenities we used with a brand new pool, hot tub, games, shuffle board and bocce ball. Downtown restaurants, wineries and tin city are all less than a 10 minute drive away. A perfect getaway!

Farmhouse Stay at Graceful Oaks
Graceful Oaks was a great property with a wonderful location. We would come again, but for the price we were disappointed in the worn appliances and the fire pit that was not working despite calling in advance requesting the outside be checked for everything working properly because we were going to spend a lot of time outside. The outside area would benefit from additional heat lamps and, of course, a working fire pit. The house also has older, well used appliances. The microwave is unlike any I've seen and no one could figure out the dial -we just wanted to reheat a piece of pizza but couldn't figure it out. No instructions left in the home on how to use appliances. The washer and dryer are very worn and small. I don't see how they could be used to clean and sanitize all towels and sheets from the home. The dryer makes a very loud noise like there is loose change behind the drum. The noise is so loud you could hear it from the kitchen below. This made it difficult to dry towels used from the hot tub as we didn't want to endure the noise and possibly break the dryer further. Also, the downstairs pellet stove was not in service but smelled a great deal probably from the prior guest trying to use it. The entire downstairs smelled of smoke. We did not use that space much...but if you were relying on that space for sleeping it would not have been pleasant!
We greatly enjoyed the hot tub which was in working order and very clean.
Again, a lovely home but for the price the appliances and amenities need to be in working order. The washer, dryer and microwave are too worn even to the point of being "dirty" The refrigerator is new and immaculate. The ovens are older but very clean.

When needed, we remove all bedding and towels from the home and replace with items freshly laundered off site, as occurred for your stay. We've just not had that fire pit feedback from other guests and were able to get it to light upon inspection, but will give it another look-see after our checkup during your stay. We take guest feedback seriously and appreciate you taking the time to send it. The pellet stove heating system has been removed and replaced with standard heating, to simplify for guests. The kitchen was well outfitted; the outside decks were great; breakfast each morning watching the rising sun; nice beds in all rooms; the bocce court; the propane fueled firepit; the BBQ; the hammock down the hill; the brand new outdoor pavilion; the service from the staff at PRVR; it was all FANTASTIC!!! The Perfect Retreat
Me and my group of friends had such an awesome stay at this home. The house is very large, even bigger than pictured/imagined, so there was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and have their own space. I particularly loved waking up to have a cup of coffee and see the deer out on the hill behind the house in the mornings. It was pretty cold when we went so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would like, but hope we can come back when it’s warmer because that space was pretty cool. Exactly what we were hoping it would be and more, to celebrate our collective 55th year on this planet! Property was spotless- made for entertaining!!! It was beautiful inside and outside. The perfect location, not far from downtown, but far enough to feel secluded. So many different areas in and out of the house to relax and escape, as well as to gather as a group of 13 (dinner, game night, yoga, coffee, WINE TIME, etc). the added bonus was a most hospitable property manager.
