Orchard Hill Farm sits on a hill overlooking 36 acres with amazing vineyards and countryside views. There are beautiful gardens, ancient oaks, and fountains. The Garden View Room is 550 sq feet with a private entrance, balcony, king bed, fireplace, seating area and private bathroom. It is perfect for 2 guests. We offer gourmet coffee and tea, baked goods, luxury amenities, bedding, and robes. We have Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, and a complimentary electric charging station for vehicles. Paso Robles is a world renown wine region and is home to over 300 wineries. Orchard Hill Farm is in the heart of the exclusive Westside. We are14 minutes to the city center, 8 minutes to Hwy 101, 18 minutes to the Coast. Doug and Debbie have been Innkeepers for over 20 years and love to help with wine touring suggestions and can provide guests with complimentary wine tasting tickets to surrounding wineries. We had a very nice stay at the Garden View Room. The location is about as beautiful and relaxing as it can get, and the room itself was comfortable and relaxing. The views from the room and the property were wonderful. You are really 'away from it all' here, yet only a short drive from town and plenty of things to do. The hosts were very nice, and they make an effort to make sure that you are having a nice stay. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures, and had everything we needed. Orchard Hill - Garden View Room
This is a lovely unit that is spacious and roomy on a beautiful property. Hosts are very nice, thoughtful, responsive and accomodating. Linens are upscale, nice bath products and everything was clean. They left plenty of coffee, muffins and a nice bottle of wine. A Beautifully Peaceful Getaway
The property is beautiful. The Garden View room is spacious, yet cozy. Gorgeous views from every window. After a day wine tasting or sightseeing, this is a relaxing property to return to. Sad breakfast is no longer provided as our last visit we enjoyed wonderful and delicious breakfasts each morning. However, this trip our Host was a retired chef and she invited us to breakfast one morning and she served Crème Brûlée Blueberry French Toast! Delicious! Such a sweet gesture and so very appreciated! Direction to access room good was a bit put off that we were not greeted by Debbie even though she was present and watching us. The room was spacious and functional with a nice bath and plenty of room. A bit deficient with electric outlets and USB ports as typical for older buildings. Quiet and peaceful. A major criticism was the stingy "breakfast" that was a 4 pack of Trader Joe's blueberry muffins, would have preferred something a bit more nutritious and healthy or ideally prepared on site. Quaint Cottage Getaway
My husband and I had not been to Paso Robles in over 13 years and really didn't know what to expect. I looked around at VRBO's and came across this website and found the Orchard Hill Farm. We didn't get in until after dark, but what a welcomed sight. The room is decorated with style, yet with a very charming, comfortable vibe. There was a bottle of wine waiting along with delicious muffins and even real cream for our coffee in the morning! There was nothing more we needed during our stay. The grounds were spectacular, which we explored every day we were there. We ate at wonderful restaurants and had a great horseback ride through Cass Winery. We met Debbie, one of the hosts and she was so engaging and interesting and made us feel so welcome.
This is a diamond find. So close to so many of the wineries as well as the charming town of Paso. Overall, hands down one of our favorite places to come back to. We hope it's sooner than later. Don't miss staying at this beautiful place. You will feel right at home. - Julia H., Murrieta, CA

A weekend of wine tasting in a "cottage in the Shire"
We stayed here with two other couples for a weekend of wine tasting in Paso Robles to celebrate my wife's birthday. It is centrally located with multiple nearby wineries. It is a gorgeous set of rooms in the middle of farmland - we visited during March of a rainy year - and the panoramic views around our cottage with rolling green hills - it made this city-kid feel like he was in the Shire! Beautiful little hideaway
Located 5 miles outside Paso, unit was part of the hosts house, and located upstairs with its own entrance and deck. We found it quaint, quiet and private. Certainly nice to come back to after a day of tasting wine. Vineyards are everywhere. Great having coffee in the morning, and watching deer and turkeys walk through the property. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful with suggestions for food and wine. Would definitely go back. Very clean, beautiful gardens.

Our weekend stay at this gorgeous place was too short! Not only was our cozy Garden View room beautifully clean, and decorated with victorian charm, our hosts, Doug and Debbie, were warm and friendly... they recommended the best wineries to visit, offered coupons for free tastings, and even provided almond milk and a vegan banana bread,to accommodate my husband’s dairy allergy. A beautiful bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived, and the king sized bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! I cannot say enough about the care and kindness we were shown...the views and the grounds are breathtaking. I even made friends with one of their free roaming chickens! Absolutely Stunning experience! My bf got us a stay at Orchid Hill while we were staying in Paso for a few days for my birthday. The property is beautiful, Doug and Debbie were great, and if you're an animal lover, you will totally enjoy your time here. The place is quite nice if you like the older Victorian look. Lots of wood, mahogany doors, etc... It’s in wine country but off the main roads so it’s quiet.
