Enjoy our wine country sunsets and star gazing. ~~~~~~~~~~The House at G2 North is not just a house surrounded by grapes, but rather the house high on the hill overlooking an exciting new project by Bill Gibbs, the G2 North Vineyard (G2N). Billā€™s other properties are the Heart Stone Vineyard and the G2 Vineyard. These two properties specialize in providing ultra-premium Rhone varietals (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, etc.) to the best wineries in Paso Robles; Saxum, Turtle Rock, TOP, Clos Solene, Torrin, Emercy, Jacob Toft, Aaron, Levo, Nicora, and Bushong. G2 Vineyard is in the center of the highly acclaimed Willow Creek AVA. It has provided fruit for many high scoring wines, including 3,100 point wines from Saxum and Turtle Rock. Bill had the opportunity to add another Willow Creek property this year, the 80-acre G2 North Vineyard, specializing in Bordeaux varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot). It is just down the road from Clos Solene, 1.2 miles from G2, and 0.4 miles due north of the James Berry Vineyard (the Saxum vineyard). Customers at G2N are Turtle Rock, LXV, Riise, Clos Solene, Herman Story, Torrin, Tyler Russell, Nicora, and Concur. 2022 is the first harvest. Everyone is excited to see what new organic low yield farming will produce in the way of high-quality fruit. Even if vineyards are not your passion, there is still the magnificent view, the quiet and privacy of being off the main roads on a large property, a night sky viewed without light pollution, close to westside wineries, and the house itself. Awesome Home!!!

November 2024 - Bakersfield, CA
Every year for the past 10 years we have come for a Wine Weekend in the Paso Robles region. We rent a vacation home for 4 days with 10 of our friends. This is by far our favorite place to stay and we will be back next year!!! :) It has an absolutely beautiful and relaxing setting. Paso Robles Vacation Rentals has done an outstanding job of finding and showcasing homes for us over the years!

The view though!

First time back in the area in 15 years and brought our adult kids for a 5-day get-away. The house was very clean and very well furnished. Despite dishwasher and oven issues, the property mgmt team communicated with us quickly. Finally, the view over the valley and the vineyards were AMAZING (perfect for stargazing too)! Pictures do not come close to doing it justice.

Would highly recommend for friend groups and families that don't mind being a bit secluded, but still in close proximity to lots of great wineries.
Amazing Home!

This home was amazing and beautiful but the views were the most incredible part! We truly felt like we were in the heart of wine country. The location is remote, quiet, and private. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Vineyard views for a memorable birthday

Loved it! Beautiful views, clean home and peaceful area. Only critique is the amount of bird and guessing lizard droppings there were right outside one of the doors leading into the backyard. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a really long time.

Perfect House to Celebrate Together

We were four couples looking for a place to celebrate one friend's 70th birthday. This home was perfect! The kitchen was ideal for gathering in the morning and cooking together a couple evenings. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The beautiful deck had plenty of comfortable furniture. The only thing that would have made it better would be a shower in the one bedroom/bath that only had a sink and toilet, but we made it work. We had a couple issues during our stay and found the staff to be highly responsive to fixing them quickly. Highly recommend this house for a family or friends gathering. One warning - the road to the house twists and turns through a vineyard and could be confusing if arriving after dark. Once you've driven it once, it's cake!

Great location, good property

It was a truly unique location, amazing views from the property and the house was beautiful, with plenty of space. The kids had a great time.
It’s quite a drive from Paso downtown so be prepared for that.
Couple of cons though
- too many mosquitoes on the property and I wish they provided bug spray
- there was a rat running around in the house
- the customer service rep asked us to leave promptly at 11 even though there was no one due to check in that day, saying the “cleaners would show up exactly at 11”.. but guess what there was no cleaners till noon. She very well could’ve allowed us to stay longer since we rushed our breakfast because of that.

Great spot

The house is beautiful and just like the pictures. The location and view are really great if you want to feel like you are in the heart of wine country, and this is among the very best spots for the west Paso vineyards. There are little outdoor spaces with deck chairs around the back of the house to have time to yourself if you are with a big group. We walked in the vineyards in the morning and enjoyed the views and patio at dinner time. Three of the four bedrooms have a full bath. One of the bedrooms is really a granny suite, which was nice for additional privacy. The kitchen is well equipped. The grill worked great. Renters should keep in mind that the primary bedroom does not seem to be hooked up to the A/c system in the same way as the rest of the house, so on hot nights you'll need to sleep with windows open to catch the breeze, and it can still be pretty warm until the middle of the night. It's a minor issue, and doesn't change our desire to rent the place again. Overall, all agreed it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful Home for Group Getaway

We celebrated my sister's birthday in Paso Robles and stayed at G2N-G2 North vineyard. First the view - extraordinary! Comfy living room, cozy, clean and modern bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Multiple spots for eating. We loved our stay. A bit windy for the drive up to the house in last 1/4 mile but worth it. Highly recommend.

Our stay at G2N couldn’t have been any better! The house is gorgeous and so open and spacious. Our group of 4 each had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was beautiful and equipped for all our needs. The patio and that view was breathtaking and in fact we choose to stay in a few times instead of going out as we wouldn’t have a better atmosphere anywhere else! Even the windy dirt road leading up to the house was a great adventure! We can’t wait to come again.
