Cozy Corner in Paso is a newly refurbished 2BR/2BA home with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, comfortable furnishings and charming detailing. This home will serve as your perfect home base for downtown shopping, dining, wine tasting, and more, and is just two blocks from the Paso Robles Event Center (fairgrounds). Walk to everything the Mid-State Fair has to offer, a grocery store just a few short blocks away, and stroll to the park in the heart of downtown. This comfortable home features two queen bedrooms, one bedroom has an en suite bathroom, hall bathroom, side patio with BBQ, carport off-street parking for two stacked cars, and side yard with old growth trees. Brand new fire pit! Come settle in and get cozy! City Permit #STR19-0252. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Cozy Corner Paso Robles review
This is our first vacation rental and we really enjoyed it. The property was just as it was described. It was very clean and comfortable. It had every thing we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The rental was near the downtown district and restaurants. Wineries were a short drive away. We loved walking around downtown. Beautiful park and play ground if you have kids. Checking in and out was easy. There were no issues whatsoever. Weekend for Wine tasting!
We stayed at this property with another couple for a birthday weekend getaway to wine taste. This location really can't be beat to be only a few blocks walking distance to the Paso Robles square area. This was perfect for us to walk to dinner and drinks both nights.

Quick August Getaway
This was our first trip to visit and stay in Paso Robles. We’ve driven through it plenty of times over the years, but never stayed or explored the area. When looking for a house to rent for our 4 day stay, I wanted a place that was clean, had solid reviews, was dog friendly and close to the downtown square area. My wife can be particular about staying in rental places, so I did my due diligence and reviewed multiple homes in Paso Robles. I ultimately settled on the “Cozy Corner.” It absolutely met my expectations, and my wife loved it. As stated by other reviewers, the house is nice; it is updated (nice flooring throughout, granite countertops, etc.), very clean and well organized. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well furnished and there are plenty of towels in the bathrooms and extra pillows on the beds. The management company was super responsive in fixing a minor problem with the A/C. The driveway has covered parking, which is a plus when the temperature during the day is in the triple digits. During our stay, we played golf at Hunter Ranch, which is a fun golf course. We also visited the following wineries: Tobin James (joined their wine club), Paris Valley, Robert Hall and Austin Hope. Austin Hope was a wonderful wine tasting experience with excellent wines and I would strongly encourage you to visit them. We also drove to the coast and spent an afternoon in Cambria (bring a jacket or sweater if you’re going to the beach). - Anonymous, Fremont, CA

Traveled with my husband and our pet Leo. Cozy corner exceeded my expectations. It has a nice side yard for dogs and a quick walk to Paso Market Walk. The walk into the square is a bit longer but doable. It was very hot when we were there and the air worked fine. The place has everything you'll need to make you feel at home. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of drawers and closet space. The property was clean and well maintained. One of my favorites!
I have stayed here three times. I go to Paso several times a year for horse shows and I book this home whenever it is available. It is clean and cute. The beds are great, although not king beds, and the bathrooms are nice, too. We always cook a few meals, and the kitchen is nice. Great dining room with a large table. It is not in the busy area where most rentals are, which happens to be great because it is a quiet neighborhood, with no traffic noise. Not all homes are remodeled and trendy; it seems like more permanent residents than tourists. We bring our dogs and they have a fenced-in patio out of the heat or rain. This was the second time I have rented Cozy Corner. It is a bit larger than some of the other rentals in Paso. Perfect for two people/couples. Large, well-stocked kitchen with a huge dining table. Roughly two blocks from the new Paso Walk and easily walkable to the restaurants and tasting rooms downtown. Charming Vacation home in Paso Robles
This was the perfect house to rent for our stay. The inside is very nicely decorated and comfortable, kitchen is well appointed. CHRISTMAS VACATION
Cozy Corner was a great rental. We stayed over Christmas and it was perfect. The house was spotless. Two spacious bedrooms and two large bathrooms. We were a family of four so the size was great. Nice yard with fenced in area for my doggies. We have two old labs and they seemed very comfortable in the house. We cooked some of our meals in, went to wineries, had Christmas dinner at the Madonna Inn which was fabulous. Visited Hurst Castle and had a great time. Thinking of doing it again, next year. The Perfect Place
The Cozy Corner House is just right. I could actually live there! It was the right size for us. The dogs loved the grassy side yard and the little patio area off the kitchen. Having a dining table that will sit 8 was really nice when family joined us for breakfast one morning. This cottage is situated in a very convenient location close to the downtown square and a short drive to wineries. We were 2 couples + baby and we had plenty of room. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The heat/temperature was hard to adjust - the rooms were either way too hot or too cold, but it could also have been our own inability to understand the thermostat. Everything else was just fine - the big table was lovely, and we also used the back patio for a barbecue. We've rented many properties, and I don't understand why Netflix and other standard streaming apps are so difficult to provide to guests. We couldn't access any streaming channels, despite it being front-and-center on the TV. We could only access cable TV, which was fine. Just a bummer that we couldn't even log in to our own accounts to access movies and shows. Overall we were happy with our stay. Thank you. - Anonymous, Long Beach, CA

It was the perfect place for the four of us to stay while enjoying the local wineries. Was pleased to find the location, not on a busy street, but within walking distance of downtown. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We were supplied with all of our needs. The only problem we encountered was with the television. Despite a ready list of apparent directions we could not access any programming?? It wasn't a big deal or we would have called. Would also like to have had a dish drainer in the kitchen. This place has everything you need to visit Paso. Location is close to downtown life and easy access to the 101. The house is superb with plenty of parking outside and room in the driveway for a large SUV. Inside is neat and clean with a large open concept for family entertaining. Great for 2 couples or small family of 5/6. All the kitchen amenities are there for any food prep. The gas grill is ready for any meat dish you want. House is perfect. The place was immaculately clean. Although we only used the Master Bedroom - it was well appointed and the mattress was very comfortable. We cooked out one night on the grill - and also purchased some Duraflame logs - and started a fire both nights. Easy check in - and check out. Perfect for a Pqso getaway
Stayed 3 nights and could not have been happier. Neighborhood is quiet, and can easy 10-15 minute walk into town.
Beds were just OK, a little too soft. But everything was clean, and well taken care of and in working order.
We didn't cook, but there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes etc. Looked to be a few spices and condiments as well.
We ate a couple of times at a Mexican restaurant, Jalapeno city on Park Street that was just a few blocks away. We never would have noticed this restaurant if we had not been in the neighborhood. Paso Market Walk is close by as well, with a variety of vendors under one roof on Spring Street.

location was perfect, a few blocks walk to dining and wine tasting in the heart of downtown Paso. Clean, comfortable, and quiet location. 7 Week Stay
I stayed at the Cozy Corner for 7 weeks in Oct/Nov 2017. The place is great and has everything you need for a short or longer stay. It is also in a great location, just a 6-7 blocks to restaurants, shops, downtown wine tasting, and the park. I would recommend staying here. - Anonymous, Layton, UT

Cozy Place Great Location
Perfect place for what we wanted. Well appointed, great location, AC worked really well as did the replacement windows for keeping outside noise to a minimum. There are two reasons for four instead of five stars. 1) Not sure why maintenance/property management did not realize the entire shower arm in the master was aimed at the wall/window and we had to call to have someone come out to "adjust " the shower so the arm pointed straight down. 2) The wifi name and password on the info sheet was wrong on both counts but again, the property manager resolved the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. - Anonymous, Oxnard, CA

Great Spot in Paso
This place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed and then some. Definitely recommend staying here if you're headed to the Paso Robles area. This is a terrific property. Well maintained and perfect for two couples and of course your furry friends. Nice, fenced side yard. One of the best homes we’ve stayed in.
The property is located in a safe but eclectic neighborhood (the good, the bad and ugly residences) with a multicultural blend of residents. It’s an easy 10 min walk to downtown Paso and their historic park.

Cozy Corner 4 night stay
Very comfortable house for our four night stay. Rental experience was very easy. Very short driving distance for restaurants, groceries and access to Rt. 101. Had to report at the end of our stay two minor maintenance issues. We'd stay again if needed. - Anonymous, Montgomery, TX
