Outside you’ll enjoy your own covered patio with Adirondacks, a gas fire pit table, BBQ, corn hole game, twinkle lights and spectacular sunset views over the vineyard and hillsides. Across the breezeway and driveway from the main house for maximum privacy and recently returned to being offered exclusively as the Carriage House alone.
Exceptional dining shopping are a close 7-mile drive to town through beautiful vineyards, past top-notch wineries, orchards and cattle ranches. Cocavin is host to Nenow Family Wines & Hawks Hill Vineyards onsite with your private access gate just steps away.
