The cottage is on a very quiet street and easy walking distance to all in the Paso Square. It is small, but has a well stocked kitchen and bath.

My sister and I stayed for the weekend ,with her small dog, in Chestnut cottage. It was very comfortable and well outfitted. I was impressed with how clean it was. Its location was perfect and the management could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Chestnut cottage for an inviting and cozy place to stay in Paso Robles.

Good First Time in Paso

It was a great base to explore Paso for first timers. Everything provided work well and was clean. Instructions were clear. The only gripe I had was that the picture implied the grassy area in front was fenced off (it was not) so the dog could pee outside but she couldn’t be off the leash at all. I also wish the Tv sitting room would have been better insulated: it was boiling hot during the day and basically made the space unusable. As a result we just laid on the bed as there really wasn’t enough room otherwise

Great place to stay in Paso Robles

Loved this little cottage. Photos are accurate, it’s obviously not a large place but it’s efficient use of space. It was all we needed for two people and our two dogs for a weekend. Close walk to the heart of downtown. Nice coffee and other items provided. Not much more to ask for. The only downside is the AC can only go down to 72 or the coils could freeze so it can get a little stuffy on hot days & nights. But, we’d gladly stay there again. Nice people who hosted and were very responsive as well.

A nice cottage

A nice cottage with a bedroom, bathroom a small sitting room and a kitchen. Since it is an older home, the insulation isn't so good, so it got pretty chilly at night (we were there in March). The Management company did respond very quickly for our request to have a space heater in addition to the forced air unit, which was fine for the bedroom but didn't heat the kitchen or sitting room. Overall it was a quiet, plesant stay.

Cold and dank

This property is downhill. Threee days of rain an everything was damp. Getting to the laundry was not all that easy (2 gates, water dripping off 2 roofs, long wait times for wash and drying). No air circulationSo the management decision to not bring me fresh towels after a week really was the pits.

A one couple cutie!

Walkable to downtown PR, a small cozy unit for two people. Parking off the street directly in front of the unit which is great plus it has a full kitchen w/table and small room off the front with couch and TV & lots more!
