Charming cottage in a great location
I have stayed in several of PRVR's properties and once again was delighted with the quality of the accommodation, attention to detail, and amenities.
Our group of 4 women was perfectly comfortable indoors but also enjoyed the two outdoor patio areas. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had an abundance of dishware and glassware as well as all the basics needed for cooking meals.
The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood but still easily walkable to the downtown square with its coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the access to the garage for parking and EV charging (although there seemed to be plenty of driveway and street parking available).

Everything you need!
This home is very well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. The location is terrific - walking distance to downtown Paso, and easy access to the freeway and wine country. It is super clean, the master bed is comfy, and the linens are crisp and white. On the constructive side, in spite of being spotless, it is an older “pet friendly” home, and it has a musty smell with undertones of cat and dog. We opened windows when the weather permitted, but when the house is closed up, it’s quite noticeable. Also, on our last day, a swarm of tiny ants appeared in the second/guest bathroom, all over the floor... something that a quick spray could likely resolve. By far one of the best VRBO we have ever stayed in-Close to everything, nice patios, a garage to park. This house had every gadget you could hope for, they even had candles. When we were there, the apples and plums are ripening and dropping off the trees, so we had instant breakfast. To go with the coffee setup they provided. This property is our Home away from Home when we travel to Paso, and have stayed here several times. Besides this home being clean, well appointed, everything works (all lights, hot water, etc.) it is a very nice neighborhood (talk to the friendly neighbors every time). Better than ever
This was our second stay, and we are already booked again for next March. This home continues to remain pristine in cleanliness, modern and tasteful décor with thoughtful wine themed prints and candles. Kitchen well stocked-- appreciated the coffee, cream, welcome gift-- and use of the garage! Love the central location -so easy to walk to the river path, wineries and restaurants, yet amazingly quiet at night. Enjoyed walking to lunch at Taste, and dinner at Buon Tavola and Pasotera, yet also easy to drive to Pier 46 and Pig Iron for lunches, wine tasting at Tin City, and great to relax and cook in at this beautiful home. For Get address---Review of our VRBI on 9th Street in Paso Robles
First of all I'd like you to please relay to Brian and Sabrina (the owners) how pleased we were with the lovely handwritten note they left on the counter welcoming us. The home was spotless and we also had a lovely garage to park our car. My husband loves to garage his "treasured" car. On the other hand, our daughter's family stayed at another nice Paso Robles home, but did NOT have access to a garage....but I'm so happy we did. Everything about the home was spectacular and soooooo spotlessly clean. We didn't even touch any TV until the morning we were leaving. I tried to turn on the TV in the Master Bedroom (with attached bathroom). No one could figure it 's possible it may or may not be working properly...Or it was human error on our part. There were 2 cat dishes outside garage...one for water and one for food. It was so hot (over 100 Saturday and Sunday) when we were there...and I think we saw 3 different cats. The water dish was so small.... (and empty)I put a larger dish from kitchen out with lots of ice cubes and water at least twice a day....I wish there had been some cat food to put out for the cats....They seemed very hungry. We put human food out for them (our leftovers)....like french fries and cheese crackers and a turkey sandwich etc. It disappeared in minutes. If there had been cat food anywhere, I would have loved to have given it to the cats. All and all, we had a wonderful time....the occasion was our grandson's graduation from Cal Poly. Thank You very much for everything. Also, we didn't want to waste water for the couple of towels we used....not a full load by far...and so we put them on washing machine and l left them there. - Carol O., San Carlos, CA

The perfect weekend getaway
We arrived late afternoon and check in was smooth and easy. Walking in, we were all so pleasantly surprised by how much it felt like a home. Warm, inviting, relaxing and clean. It was fully decorated for fall and there was a basket of cuddly blankets to curl up in as we sipped on our wine outside in the small backyard. The sheets were incredible, beds were comfy. We all got the highest sleep scores from our fitbits we had had in months. Walkability was 10/10 - we walked to and from brunch and dinner. As Expected...and More!
We had stayed at Casa de Mimosa before and everything was as we expected...wonderful! But this time we noticed that the furnishings had been refreshed and a few appliances added which made things even better. Sitting outside on the back patio with a glass of wine or eating dinner added to our enjoyment, and the front patio was just as nice in the evening. The only suggestion I would make is to add a "how to" list on the washer when you do the towels at the end...wasn't sure what settings would be preferred and whether to use the detergent pods or liquid. This property is in a perfect location. Quiet street, walking distance to the downtown park and restaurant area. The property appeared clean at first, but as we stayed longer, we noticed things like stains on the ceiling in the kitchen and trash/candy wrappers under the couch. It was much cleaner this time and we will probably be back! The consensus of the group was the wish for a more comfortable bed. The mattress was quite firm. Had a great stay at Casa de Mimosa and the location was perfect, located at the end of a quiet street. The house was clean and comfortable and the table/chairs outside the front door was a nice place to sit and visit. The BBQ's propane tank was empty, so we had to make a call to get it filled. My family and I had a great time staying at Casa de Mimosa. The welcoming mimosa's in the fridge was a great surprise! Paso Weekend Escape
This is the second time my husband, I and another couple, along with our two small dogs, have rented this house in Paso Robles for a long getaway weekend. Obviously we liked it enough the first time to decide to rent it again.
It's in a great location, close to downtown but enough away from the crowds and traffic to make it peaceful and relaxing.
It has two bedrooms and two full baths, which makes it perfect for two couples. The kitchen is surprisingly large with ample space to move around when cooking or prepping items for the grill. It also has a nice size dining area.
Outside, there is a fully fenced and very private backyard, as well as a large fenced side area that wraps around to the front door and driveway.
The property management company is quick to respond to questions or issues, with the goal of ensuring the best possible stay. They even request suggestions on how they could improve your experience.

Wonderful Vacation Home
Check-in was easy and virtual. The house was perfect for 2 friends...probably would also be for 2 couples. While the kitchen had most things, I would recommend a few more coffee mugs as you have to wash them after each use because there's only 4. The front and back patios were lovely to use and we barbequed one night. The house is located on a busy street so watch if you have kids. The downtown is a short walk away which was great given that parking DT can sometimes be tough. Altogether, we really loved the property and would highly recommend it! - Bev P., Brea, CA

We had a most comfortable stay! Everything was thought of for comfort and convenance. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We did not use the second bedroom bed. The most perfect Paso house!
The house was amazing. Better than expected. The location is walking distance from all downtown restaurants and bars. The inside of the house is beautiful! Master bathroom is big with double sink which is nice. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen is big and a great space for those that want to cook. We ate breakfast on the little table in the backyard. We rent many homes across the U.S., especially in Paso. This was by far the best in this area. You can tell the owners take pride in providing a great experience as they have generously stocked the kitchen, provided high-end décor, linens, and a perfect level of comfort-plus a thoughtful welcome card and bottle of wine. The location was ideal: quiet yet close enough for walking to shop, dine, and exercise on the trail. Also easy to get get on the freeway, or drive through the wine country. We liked everything about this rental. Location was within walking distance of town and was central for wine tasting. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this home is perfect for two couples or perhaps a party of 3. The home is well furnished, offers a garage for parking, and has a nice backyard with bbq. Casa de Mimosa was the perfect place to experience Paso. It was very clean, beautifully remodeled and quiet, all of which are important to me. In addition, it had a nice enclosed yard suitable for kids or dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with new appliances including a nice drip coffee maker. Our peso vacation couldn’t have been more perfect for a girls getaway. From the moment we walked into Casa Mimosa we were overjoyed at the little touches from a Keurig machine to a nice bottle of wine and note. What an absolute gem! There were 4 of us meeting in Paso to enjoy wine tasting and local attractions and this was the perfect place! Close to everything and so perfectly appointed with everything you need! You open the door and can literally smell how clean it is! The beds were cozy and we loved sitting outside in the private yard to enjoy some sunshine.
The owners didn't miss a detail on making it comfortable and welcoming, to the extent there was a bottle of wine and a card to welcome us!
