Fabulous Girl's Trip - August 2018

My 3 lifetime friends and I rented this home for a girl's trip to Paso Robles. We found the home to be clean and well supplied. It had everything we needed. Jake, the owner, checked in with us to see if everything was okay. He was very accommodating. The home was in a good location, close to shopping and restaurants. The view from the sun deck was amazing! I would rent this home again. - Lydia T., Murrieta, CA

345 Quarterhorse Lane Review - November 2017

Our Thanksgiving stay at 345 Quarterhorse Lane was perfect. My entire family, children and grandchildren loved it.

The kitchen and eating areas were open and roomy with enough silverware, dishes and glasses to serve our large Thanksgiving dinner. The living room was large and filled with comfortable furniture, a large TV with many DVD’s. The master bedroom was roomy with a huge walk-in closet big enough to sleep 2 more people if necessary.

The hot tub was clean and hot and comfortable to fit several people. The deck outside the master bedroom was complete with a large table and chairs and a panoramic view of Paso Robles.

There were plenty of blankets and towels, etc. Everything was clean throughout the home.

Markets, restaurants, and gas, etc. were within a few blocks. Hearst Castle was a short drive away.

This home and location were the perfect setting for a great Thanksgiving Vacation. We definitely would stay here again.

Great location in wine country - March 2018

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It's central location allowed us to visit local museums one day and tour several wineries the next. Nearby grocery store is within walking distance.

The house is well appointed - the kitchen has equipment for all cooks, and there were plenty of linens and towels. We had several meals here and had plenty of plates and silverware.

The layout is great with plenty of space for everyone for a variety of activities - from relaxing on the gorgeous deck, reading on the swing to watching TV.

The owners were very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. - Christine L., Oak Park, IL

Home away from home - July 2018

The property is in a nice area and centrally located.
I would say it was very homey it’s not a luxury retreat just the basics of a home. The yard lacks appeal the views are wonderful. The house was clean with lots of seating. The door automatically locks if it closes so make sure you know the access code to regain entry. It was a bit annoying. They have a washer and dryer.
I would say this was a great place to have a family vacation. - Lisa M., Roseville, CA

Perfect view and perfect location! - October 2017

We come to this area every year for vacation and to visit family and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to shopping, restaurants, and many wineries. The house was spacious and very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. There were also thoughtful touches such as high quality linens on the bed, complimentary bottle of local wine, and automatic keypad locks on the doors so we never needed to worry about carrying a key with us. The best part of the home by far is the deck off the master bedroom and the beautiful view. You can relax on the deck at the large 8 seat table in the morning with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the evening and just relax looking at the trees and hills in the distance. We truly felt like this was a home away from home and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. - Michelle Y., Chesapeake, VA
