This attached studio apartment with private entrance is the epitome of an efficiency apartment for work or play. Located in a semi-rural neighborhood, but with all the desired amenities--laundry, full kitchen with dorm-size refrigerator, small dishwasher and Wi-Fi. This charming apartment is just a short drive to our Downtown City Square. The unit has been fully updated and is the perfect destination for one or two guests focused on what matters most to them, whether it is work, play, connecting with local families. We invite you to book for the weekend, week, or consider a longer stay! (One small dog (10-15lbs) considered with $25/night pet fee.) City Permit #STR19-0183. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Cute little Getaway
The place is a cute little getaway. Its nothing fancy compare to other rentals, but was great for the price in Paso. Had everything we needed and perfect for two people. The location was great awesome because it was close to the downtown area and central to the wineries. Uber ride was less than $10 which was great too. Comfy and convenient
Very convenient location and easy access. Overall, we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. One wish is that the A/C was a bit more powerful. With such a small space, it should have been easier to cool down the room (Paso was in triple digits). - Catherine N., El Segundo, CA

Great quiet spot!

Hello, My partner and I stated at A n D suites for two nights and three days. The over all experience was GREAT! The actual location of the unit was great-- close to wineries and the downtown area. There were a few issues that it looks like the property management knew of: GPS to this location differs from the Hospitality App location (The app is much more exact where as the maps took us to the wrong place). Please use the Hospitality APP to map yourself if you are staying here. The nightlight in the bathroom does not seem to work-- you'll have to bring your phone light to light the way to the bathroom. This listing advertises that certain TV stations however it seems that the account kept logging in and out thus we were unable to watch much TV (I emailed the property management on the first day and did not get a response). The laminated sheet in the unit gave us instructions to wifi and checkin in and out. The laminated sheet did not ask us to throw the sheets and towels in the laundry however the Hospitality APP did (seems like there was some sort of disconnect). I was able to call the property management during check out to notify them of these issues. Other than these small mishaps-- we had a great time and would love to stay here again! Small but sweet
