Located in downtown Paso Robles and just a few blocks from the heart of downtown with everything it has to offer--wine tasting, shopping, vast selection of excellent restaurants, along with a walk through the park. This 2BR/3BA home has two suite bedroom/bathroom combinations, plus an extra bathroom for convenience. An open floor plan with a completely updated kitchen lets you share your wine finds and cooking with everyone in your group. Start your day on the enclosed sun porch as you make your plans to tour Paso Robles wine country! Patio and private backyard complete the perfect picture. Permit #STR19-0159. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

13th Street Retreat was just that! It was so cute, well appointed, and comfortable. We love staying walking distance from downtown. We booked the house for two couples in lieu of staying at a hotel in separate rooms. When this house was renovated, they did a beautiful job, with many loverly touches. Good Location: Peaceful and Quiet
The location is peaceful and quiet with little traffic. Easy 10 minute walk to downtown Paso. Easy drive to the end of Vine Street to Rt. 46W for a scenic 35 minute drive to the ocean. Perfect Paso
This was our third time to Paso and we have stayed both in town (a few block north of this property) as well as out of town (on a small vineyard). This property location was perfect for walking downtown for dinner or shopping. It was convenient also to both east and west side vineyards. It was well stocked and we very much enjoyed the property. The sitting area out back was nice for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. We loved this house from the moment we walked on the property. The owners did a fabulous job on the remodel and all of the individual touches were amazing. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Both bathrooms were better than we imagined - just gorgeous. The beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. We did not use the downstairs or the patio (it was over 100 outside).
We had less than a mile to the square in Paso and it was a delightful walk for delicious meals.

We were very pleased with 13 street retreat! We will rent this home away from home again! Lush bedding, spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen with spices and foil we used on gas grill while enjoying outdoor dining area with canopy and solar lighting. We are long time clients and have stayed in many properties from PRVR, and are never disappointed, and this was our first stay in this property. It is wonderfully updated and cozy, and just blocks from downtown. The home is well stocked,and the grounds are immaculately kept. The beds are very comfortable and the backyard BBQ area is a real plus. Perfect sized rental for our family of four. This rental was very well furnished and had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was very clean. The wall mounted information screen made check in/out easy and provided us with several recommendations. We really enjoyed the screened in porch which was a perfect spot for coffee or a glass of wine. This was a great experience, from start to finish. The staff at Paso Robles Vacation Rentals were very professional and courteous. When we arrived at the property, it was immaculate. The photos did not do it justice. It is completely renovated and decorated very well. It had a very cozy vibe and the beds were super comfortable. The location is great. It is a very short walk to downtown. After finishing up vigorous day of wine tasting, it was so nice to come back, freshen up and just walk to dinner, downtown each night. This house was very clean, had great parking, plenty of room for our group of 4, really good HVAC system, and a fairly well stocked kitchen in terms of glasses stemware bowls and plates. It is in a great location and we were able to walk anywhere we wanted in town. The check in and check out was very easy.
