An open floor plan with a completely updated kitchen lets you share your wine finds and cooking with everyone in your group. Start your day on the enclosed sun porch as you make your plans to tour Paso Robles wine country! Patio and private backyard complete the perfect picture. Permit #STR19-0159. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Quaint property, on the outskirts of town. Walking distance to restaurants and activities was a huge plus. Far enough to not be IN the chaos of people, but close enough for a short walk.

This house was perfect for two couples or a family of 4. Open, airy farmhouse decor. Well appointed kitchen. Bathrooms were nicely done and spacious. Great neighborhood. Walking distance to town, restaurants, tasting rooms etc. We would stay here again.

The house was beautiful! It was perfect for 2 couples. It had everything we needed and everything was good quality. We loved the bath towels and beds were comfortable. And it is close to the downtown park area with restaurants, bars and wine tastings. It was an easy walk there and back each night for dinner and drinks. We used the front porch and back patio for hanging out and relaxing as well as the beautiful living room. We did 2 wine tours and the tour company picked us up and dropped us off at our rental both days. Hands down this was the best rental we have stayed in. Also, the rental company staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this rental property and this rental company!

13th Street Retreat was just that! It was so cute, well appointed, and comfortable. We love staying walking distance from downtown. We booked the house for two couples in lieu of staying at a hotel in separate rooms. When this house was renovated, they did a beautiful job, with many loverly touches. Will book again when traveling with another couple. Also, the management company is very responsive and easy to work with.

This was our third time to Paso and we have stayed both in town (a few block north of this property) as well as out of town (on a small vineyard). This property location was perfect for walking downtown for dinner or shopping. It was convenient also to both east and west side vineyards. It was well stocked and we very much enjoyed the property. The sitting area out back was nice for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom place downtown.

The location is peaceful and quiet with little traffic. Easy 10 minute walk to downtown Paso. Easy drive to the end of Vine Street to Rt. 46W for a scenic 35 minute drive to the ocean. We had a problem with the front door lock on arrival at 10 pm and the property managers were available by phone and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes!
