For an annual fee of $800 plus 13% commission on all bookings we make on your behalf, our partial management service keeps your vacation home marketed and booked — covering website participation, reservations, owner accounting, and payments — while day-to-day hospitality stays in your hands.

  • Annual brochure inclusion, distributed to local businesses and wineries
  • Individual webpage on the Paso Robles Vacation Rentals site
  • Booking calendar and reservation management on our platform
  • Reservationist support for email and phone inquiries, seven days a week, 8am to 8pm
  • Monthly and year-end accounting statements
  • Monthly direct deposit payments
  • Email confirmations for guest reservations and payments
